Needed to have a plumber do an inspection on a home I was buying. Higer gave me a quote on what should be fixed, but lost the paperwork that said they ever came out. I tried paying the bill, but they wrote it off because they couldn't find any record of them being out to my place! A year later I had them come snake out my laundry drain. I tried myself but couldn't get the snake past the p trap. The service guy was super nice and professional. Double checked everything to make sure it was working fine. Reasonable charge. One thing to know is that they charge from the time they leave their shop until the time they return. So if you live a long way from them it might not be worth it for a smaller job. They were charging $100 per hour when I used them last.
