We have been calling Hick's plumbing services ever since we bought our house way back in 2009.

They have helped us with everything from toilet's that won't stop filling and clogged sinks, to installing a new bathroom in our addition, installing a sump pump in our crawlspace, snaking our sewer lines and replacing a water heater over a holiday weekend (after ours ruptured unexpectedly).

Pricing has always been fair. Even the emergency repair on the water heater wasn't as much as I was expecting!

They have taken such great care of us that I recommend them to everyone I know!

I asked for services of Hicks Plumbing and was delighted that the response was so quick as I discovered that the affected toilet was continuously loosing water from a failure of a water level control valve. $200 was a fair price to pay but I was upset when quoted $450 for replacement off a shut off valve from the wall to the toilet.

I was sorry I was not more assertive in saying no to that portion of the job as I noticed that that valve was leaking water on to the floor after I closed it off and then turned it on again. In my opinion this cost was way too excessive. I would not choose to use these services again

The pilot light on our water heater, which Hicks had installed for us a few years back, went out and we could not get it come back on. Called Hicks first thing on a Monday and they sent someone out take a look during the agreed to timeframe, got the system heating and back online. The service was courteous and quick.

These guys unclogged my sink with a $400 snake fee. It backed up again 6 weeks later. I asked if they could help me out at a reduced fee and they ghosted me. Ineffective work. Unresponsive. Expensive.

We had a plumbing emergency early on a Saturday morning. My husband couldn't get our shower water faucet to turn off and I couldn't get our water main line to shut off either! I called Hicks plumbing and a nice lady on the phone said that Tony would be right over. He arrived about 20 minutes later! He was able to diagnose the problems and then run up to Home Depot and get the parts he needed to fix our bathroom faucet. He also fixed our water main shut off downstairs in our basement. Tony was super fast and friendly and extremely calm under the circumstances. I'm so happy that we found Tony the plumber! I highly recommend calling Hick's plumbing for any plumbing emergency that you might have.

I've used Hicks Plumbing Svcs twice now. Both times outstanding service, I highly recommend them. We had a years-long problem with a drain that we had snaked yearly to prevent backups. Hicks was the only plumber after all those years who diagnosed the problem correctly. He located the cause of the backup, not the symptoms.
The second time was for something minor: a leaky valve. He showed me how to stop the leak and didn't charge for the visit, though I would have been happy to pay for time driving out to my house.
