I had this company out to fix a clogged sewer line and they told me my sewer line was collapsed all the way out to the main and they would have to cut up the street and replace pavement and it would cost me 4500.00$. I told them no and had another local plumber out and he had my sewer line unclogged and only charged me 300.00$ Hicks is a rip off and I have seen other reviews with the same results as mine.

Had to have sewer line replaced charged me 4000 $ and completely tore up my back yard and left it liked that.Then a month later had same problem and they said it would be another 2000. Called Walker plumbing come to find out they did not replace the line to the city line.Walker plumbing fixed it and did it for 600$ .I tell everyone one there is only one plumber o will ever use and it's Walker plumbing.

Poor business practices!! This company went to look at a commercial job and submitted a proposal for repairs. Once the proposal was approved, they refused to do the work. They said they wouldn't do the work under our terms and conditions even though they were provided before they went out the first time. Would not use this company ever again.
