I just finished my basement a couple months back. Of course a pipe burst soaking new carpet and just causing a general mess. Hicks P&H came out the same day I called. They took care of the pipe so I could focus on cleaning up the mess. Very polite, fair price, super friendly, and gave some advice on how to prevent this from happening in the future.

Bill Hicks and his assistant Stefano replaced old pipes in my basement, did a great job at a reasonable price. They were referred by Bernie's Drain Service of Cromwell, who they called to snake out a clogged pipe while they were still here to make sure it all went smoothly (it did!). Local tradespeople with the experience we need are a treasure. I recommend both businesses.
