My air conditioner stopped working during the run of 100+ days recently. Hicks came to our rescue the same day I called! He cleaned the unit and filters after replacing the needed part to make sure our unit was running efficiently. He even discussed how we can plan for the future since our unit is on the older side. We were assigned Second Opinion Heat and Air by our warranty company (American Home Shield) that guy lied to us and fooled us into thinking that we had to have a completely new unit. We installed a fire pit on our back patio and needed a gas line ran out to it and the plumbing for the lines and valves in the fire pit. Hicks was one of the few who actually called us back and gave us the best bid.

Hicks saved us over $5,000 by fixing our HVAC unit. FROG came and looked at it and said it needed to be replaced. Not so. In steps Jeremy who saved the day. He came and looked at it. Found the coil was faulty. Did his research and found it was still under warranty! He replaced it and got us up and running that very day. FROG HVAC didn't bother to check ANY warranty info and was just going to do this enormous job. Jeremy got us cool quick and saved us a ton of money. Now THAT is how you treat a customer. Awesome job Hicks HVAC!
