Charge me to come out and and adjust the water temperature from 120 to 125 haha what a joke.
They said that was the problem obviously it wasn't and now they won't come back to fix the actual problem we had to pay in advance for them to come out for their service call which they obviously weren't even there for 10 minutes

I can't say enough about this company. They went above and beyond in order to get our shower back up and running. We figured we'd be down for at least a few days due to the shower being an older model and trying to locate parts for it could have been difficult. But Sam came out on a Monday, sussed out the situation and amazed us by having the job totally completed by the very next day! I'd recommend this company any day of the week. Wow! Just Wow! I was assigned Hi-Tech Plumbing, Inc. through my home warranty provider at 6:30AM... not an emergency plumbing job, but a new and persistent leak that I couldn't stop. Husen contacted me, showed up on the way to another job, and worked his magic. Poof! Problem solved. Nice guys: friendly, professional, and quick.
