The service was fast and easy same day service everyone was friendly and courteous. 22Frank neatly dressed a real professional knowledgeable always kept me informed as to what problems I had. I would recommend Hi Tech their service was reasonable compared to others who prices were expensive. Although he repaired my AC unit frank went above and beyond to make sure that I would not have any issues down the road. I will recommend Hi Tech because the type of people who work for them.

The owner sent out a guy who could not form 2 words of English, we communicated by pionting and me showing. I had already tried to troubleshoot my issue with the toilet, so I removed the toilet myself and used a snake to try to fix it.. When I showed the guy my problem, he made a phone call them priced me almost $1000 which included toilet removal that I already completed. I immediately called DiMartino plumbing and he was shocked at the prices. I had to wait a couple hours to get a tech out but the savings was worth it. We paid $385 and everything is running perfectly!!As for hi tech, I couldn't even communicate with the tech to get a feel for his level of knowledge before he placed an over inflated bill in my face. The cheapest thing they provide is the initial """"inspection"""" $39, then get prepared...

I called these guys to repair a broken pipe on the street. The water company had to come out and turn the main water system off. The service that Hi-Tech provided was great! They fixed the problem then called the water company back and got the job done in time for the kids to take their baths and mom and dad to enjoy some wine. I really thought we were going to have to check into a hotel for the night when I saw my flooded front yard. I liked them so much I called back and had a new tank free water heater installed. It freed up a ton of space in the garage and now we never run out of hot water. Well worth the money. I'm glad they suggested it. They are on my list... Rob.

Had them come out for an estimate to install a hot water heater They are SHADY gave an estimate $ times what we paid a reputable plumber. They have 4 other complaints with the Better Business Bureau and are unwilling to resolve any situations DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE SHADY!

Verdict. Despite seeming professional, they will rob you blind if you're not careful. Full review. I had some last-minute emergency plumbing issues, and these are the only people who would schedule appointment with me same day. The fact that it had a Google verified sticker, made me feel like this was a professional company. When I called I was told there would be an $85 fee I would be charged regardless if work was done or not, and If I agreed to the work that would be credited towards the job. The plumber came at the very start of his allotted time and diagnosed the problem quickly. He let me know that I would need to flow valve replacement for both of my toilets. . On Amazon a full kit will set you back $10. I understand I do not have his part and there would be some sort of up charge. So is life. He left the apartment to go check to see if he has parts and to write up an estimate. After waiting about 15 minutes, our rep emerged from his van and was ready to give us his quote. Before he would let us know the price he tried to sell us a $900 service plan. I said NO. He then showed me his estimate for the job. $700. To perform less than 1 hour of work with parts totaling $20. I asked if I could go run and get the parts what was the hourly rate. He let me know that would not be possible. I paid their $85 sucker fee and asked them to leave immediately. Google should be ashamed to give this company any accreditation. Do not use this company. They may seem professional, but they are just crooks trying to take advantage of consumers. STAY AWAY. STAY AWAY DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY.

The receptionist is the most unprofessional, unqualified person. Obviously, someone is doing her a favor by employing her. She made 3 mistakes with what time a tech should come to my house. After we made the third appointment (figured 3rd time is a charm) for someone to come between """"noon-2:00"""", she went ahead and told a technician to come to my house at 9am?? Then when I called her and said I wasn't home at 9 because our appt. isn't until between noon-2:00, she had the nerve to tell me I was going to be charged if they had to come back!! (For her mistake). She just kept laughing and saying, """"Sorry, you're unhappy with the service"""" over and over like she was a giggly teenager reading from a script. If you are ever feeling bad about yourselves folks...that perhaps you're not up to par....call this company, and the lady who answers will boost your self esteem.

I contacted this company due to it's high google review rating, well this goes to show you that that in itself is NOT a good indicator. We had a tankless water heater to repair/replace at one of our rental properties. The Tech called when he was onsite to collect the diagnosis/estimate fee which I had not issue with as he assured me it would be credited toward the repair, he used an example of $1,700 and that the $162.91 would bring a repair like that to $1,557.09. I told him that this type of repair should only be half that price and he assured me it was only an example. Well, NOT..the price he first quoted was $1,700 less the $162.91 brining it to $1,557.09 so he had already picked out he price to begin with. During our conversation I asked him how much the Tankess Water Heater wast and he gave me a price of $1,447. So I told him we would supply the equipment, would the intall labor be, he then came up with a price of $757. I told him that made no sense and to have his supervisor contact me. The Supevisor called later on and told me that his technician mis-spoke and that he was on the phone when the technician called (But he failed to disclose that he was listening to the call, very unethical and likely illegal.) and that he had expenses and his hourly rate was $155 an hour (50% higher than most plumbers) to travel to the site, then pick up the unit and I told him his Diagnosis/Estimate should have covered that and the balance of the labor should have only been $110. He admited that they may 50% profit on the sale of the unit which goes to """"Labor"""". He then offered me a 10% discount and reduced the estimate to $1,398. Well, a reputible plumber gave an estimate of $350 for the install and together with my cost of the unit of $291 with tax, the actual repair only cost $641. Bottom line, stay far away!
