Our only toilet was not working, so it was an urgent need to replace the toilet. We were frustrated because we waited for a long time and wasn't notified of the delay. Our tech arrived at 4 pm. Leo came and got the job done within 20 minutes. As much as we were frustrated, we're always amazed of the job well done that high tech delivers. A shout out to Leo!!! I highly recommend high tech.

Hi-Tech Plumbing is a very unreliable company and I'm sorry I chose them. I've had nothing but problems for the past 2 months. I had a brand new AC installed this past April. Three weeks later there was a leak after just having it installed. The technician showed up 2.5 hours after my appointment time. Fast forward another 2 weeks and now it's making a high pitched sound. I had an appointment today, 5/29, between 1:00-4:00 and they just called to cancel @ 3:00, after sitting home waiting for them to come out. This company is very unprofessional and for me, the paying customer, it's unacceptable.

The service was fast and easy same day service everyone was friendly and courteous. 22Frank neatly dressed a real professional knowledgeable always kept me informed as to what problems I had. I would recommend Hi Tech their service was reasonable compared to others who prices were expensive. Although he repaired my AC unit frank went above and beyond to make sure that I would not have any issues down the road. I will recommend Hi Tech because the type of people who work for them.

Late Saturday night our AC stopped working. I called Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air Conditioning early Sunday morning and within an hour technician Kenneth Aguilar arrived at my home. I love that this company texts you ahead of time to give you the name of the technician coming, his qualifications, professional experience and at times, their photo , so you feel safe knowing who to expect at your door. He assessed the problem and in great detail explained how he could fix it. He answered all my questions and put my worried mind at ease. I can't say enough good things about Kenneth and Hi-Tech. We have done business with this company for years and are always very satisfied with the high quality of their work. Kenny was professional, friendly, neat and thorough. He applied discounts that I didn't even know we were entitled to towards our bill. My AC is now working great! For any further issues we have, I will most certainly be calling Hi-Tech Plumbing & Air Conditioning. I highly recommend them.

This company and their staff are so wonderful. Not only have I used them in the past for leaks under my floors. They also have totally fixed my air conditioning system to be running so much more efficiently as well as keeping my home much cooler in the summer hot South Florida months. They maintain my coolant, as well as today totally spent the time cleaning out my drain pan and run off line, that was clogged with sludge. My Tech Mr FRANK, did an excellent job in completing the clean out as well as installing a """"T"""" section in the drain pipe so that future clean outs will be much easier. I am so impressed with this company, whether it's plumbing or air conditioning problems they have fixed and solved the issues very quickly and it was done the right way.
