This company and their staff are so wonderful. Not only have I used them in the past for leaks under my floors. They also have totally fixed my air conditioning system to be running so much more efficiently as well as keeping my home much cooler in the summer hot South Florida months. They maintain my coolant, as well as today totally spent the time cleaning out my drain pan and run off line, that was clogged with sludge. My Tech Mr FRANK, did an excellent job in completing the clean out as well as installing a """"T"""" section in the drain pipe so that future clean outs will be much easier. I am so impressed with this company, whether it's plumbing or air conditioning problems they have fixed and solved the issues very quickly and it was done the right way.

SCAMMERS!!! Beware that the only reason they have so many good reviews on Google is they pay people $25 for good reviews. I called them when a toilet had backed up and I panicked because it was a friend's house I was watching. Their plumber, Pablo, got to the house the same time the guys replacing the driveway got there. Pablo told me there were 3 prices for different augers. I said hold off until we talk to the driveway guys. We all discussed the situation and the driveway guys said the neighbor just had the exact same problem because they had crushed the sewer line at the end of their SHARED driveway when tamping in prep for laying pavers and they were sure that's what happened here. So we, including Pablo, knew exactly where and why the problem happened. The sewage line was crushed so when we ran showers in the morning, the water overflowed the downstairs toilet. I told Pablo specifically to not do anything except clean the water and poop from the floor with his wet vac because there was no point in augering. When he was done, he came to me with a bill for augering of another $351. WTF?! I had just told him to not do it!!! He said he wasn't leaving until I paid for it and if I had a problem to take it up with the office. I REGRET that I actually paid him. I thought the office would be reasonable because of all the good reviews. I have since disputed the credit card charge for the augering and spoke to an office manager and someone in accounting as well as sent a full explanation in email. The last person I spoke to says he did the work and HE is the reason the blockage was cleared. What?! The blockage was NOT cleared until the next day when a different plummer worked with the driveway guys to replace the section of crushed pipe. All the Hi-Tech guy did was wet vac and SCAM me. This is a really crappy way to do business!!!

Call this company to check and see why my air conditioning wasn't working. from the beginning, it was a nightmare. They charge me a upfront $89 fee, which had to be paid before they set the appointment. Once they got there, they charge me $285 to do a diagnostic test. They were late. my water heater I had a rusty pan of water under it. But it had nothing to do with the air conditioning. My son is a plumbing contractor in another state and told me how much it would cost if they installed a new water heater. Which, by the way, was less than half of what they quoted me. They said I needed a new air conditioning unit which would cost me almost $7000. once they left the air conditioning, unit started working again There was at least 15 to 20 calls within a three hour period . Nobody knew what they were talking about or why somebody called me. Run don't walk to the nearest exit on this company.

This company is the worst company I've used to date. I wish I had seen these bad reviews before my husband started using them. We called them 3 weeks ago as the bath water in our master bedroom was not constantly hot, it would get tepid for a few seconds and then go back to hot again. They came and said they needed to do a system maintenance, after he did that he realised it made no difference so said we needed to order a new bypass valve that would come in a few days, then he left and that evening when wanting to take a shower there was basically no more hot water at all. The next day the same technician came back and put back the system as it was realising he had made a mistake, no apologies whatsoever. Then finally 3 weeks later they came to install the bypass valve, the same technician which from the beginning seems completely clueless as to what he is supposed to do. They left and now the heater is causing an electrical issue by tripping the fuse. Every single time they have come they have made our situation worse, charged us nearly $700 and we are now dealing with more issues than when we started. Stay away from this company.

This is the first review I have even give a company but I wanted to share my experience. Hi-Tech advertises same day service. Instead they sent an HVAC salesman for a plumbing repair. The person quoted $662.92 to replace our Washing machine shut off valve box. Plus if we signed up for their """"Protection Plan"""" of $199 more we would get 15% off all future services. The total was now $861.92. When I question the cost to install the salesman asked if I could do it myself, I said I could but didn't want to spend my time off doing it. He also said it's not like we just go to a big box store, we buy quality parts. Turns out they do just go to big box stores as proven by their own GPS system they used to defend my complaint. I got two additional quotes in the following week to include in my dispute, both were less the $450 for the job instead of the $861 I paid. I would not recommend Hi-Tech Plumbing to anyone and encourage you to read their reviews, not just mine...

Horrible time with this company. Called and called after my mention of wanting the halo unit, the kid who put it in didnt know what he was doing obviously. Fast forward months later and another company tells me they didnt even install it correctly. I call and the girl who answers the phones Jennifer dodges my call. I figure my husband can just take it all out because I dont want the headache of them coming back in here and messing even more of our system up. Really bad company, they just wanted the sale.

Where is my mother's reimbursement of $87. VP fails to return calls and emails. Unprofessional company. Caused damaged to an ac unit while installing an overpriced hot water heater. Run!!!

I hired this company for a commercial plumbing repair. It was expensive, but they seemed sure how to fix it. They were wrong and it got more expensive. They wasted time and continuously demanded immediate payment for a bunch of unreliable worthless guess work. They put a lot of stock in their expertise to justify their egregious pricing, but it's not justified. Read the fine print- very one-sided quote/contract.
