There was a list of projects needing to be done at my home. The two Victors came to do the inspection and estimate. They both were friendly, professional, thorough and answered any questions to help me understand the process to make all the repairs. They were extremely knowledgeable and paid diligent attention to the quality of their work. They made sure to clean up around the areas where the work was done. I spoke with the office staff a couple of times for scheduling and billing. Each time, their courtesy and professionalism shined. I believe each of these employees are true assets to the company. While I hope to not have to call on plumbers very often ( don't we all?) it is reassuring to be able to call on HiDesert Plumbing and be confident my home is in good hands .

Hi-Desert Plumbing at 73377 Sullivan Rd. in Twentynine Palms also serves Yucca Valley, so I left a review there, too, in which I expressed great satisfaction with the owner Henry and his wonderful staff. I have gotten excellent service from his delightful office manager Alynna and also from Ruben, two Victors, Nicolas, and David.
