They came out to look at a broken PVC 1"" line attached to my water meter. The hole was already dug and one end of the pipe had a union that easily connects to my meter. They quoted $800 to do a repair that took the final plumber 1/2 an hour (me) plus a wait time for the glue to dry of 1 hour. They also offered to replace the pressure regulator which was attached to the broken pipe and the gate valve which was also attached for a whopping $2,200. Neither one of those items were broken. Replacing those two items would take an additional 20 minutes perhaps. Lets just say they replaced everything and it took 4 hours. That would equate to $550 dollars an hour. This was a definate attempt at extortion. It is greed, full on greed. It was such a simple job, that I actually went to home depot, spent $12.00 and repaired it myself. This company is shameless! When I sent them on their way, the owner called and try to tell my why his price was so high. Its because he drug tests and background checks his employees. Absolutely ridiculous! Beware, call around, and watch out for scammers.

These guys were far and away THE BEST pumping service in the desert or anywhere I've lived!!! Henry was responsive and got a serviceman out quickly. Joey came out and was the most professional, respectful, and communicative service person we've ever had. He explained things clearly and was of the utmost help. Victor replaced my water heater and did an outstanding job even doing some extra work but not charging me since it wasn't included in the original estimate. Great quality and great service.

We are new, loyal customers to Hi-Desert Plumbing after a 5-star experience today. We had a wonderful plumber who recently retired so we were worried who to use when we suspected a water leak in our yard. I depend on customer reviews and this company had very positive ones. From the initial phone call, I was treated with respect and someone was able to come out later on the same day. The communication with regard to who was coming and what time was stellar. In fact, we got a call that a job ended earlier than expected so the worker could come to us even earlier. No surprises here but very clear communication which adds 10 stars if you ask me. The plumber, Nic, arrived shortly after. He was pleasant, professional and very efficient. The job was finished in less than 2 hours for what we found to be a very reasonable rate. We are so pleased to find such a solid company to turn to for our future plumbing needs. Don't hesitate to call Hi-Desert Plumbing! This kind of quality service is a rarity, especially around Yucca Valley. Thank you very much!

There are ""No"" 4-3-2 stars for a reason and just goes to show you can't please everybody all the time, but Hi-Desert plumbing tries to. High Desert Plumbing wants 5 stars on every job.
Henry and his crew performed work at our DAP Health facility on our main campus in Plam Springs.
At the last minute we rescheduled again for Saturday work, and they were nothing but professional and helpful not to mention ""fair pricing"".
The job was performed quickly and without any problems.
Henry would not even invoice until we gave complete approval after he called on Monday.
Henry, his crew and business can be trusted for the best job available.

We had both toilets completely out of services and we called in Hi-Desert Plumbing for a new install just before the weekend. I have never seen service providers who put their heart to their work like this team. If you had their services before, you know that the quality of their work speaks for itself. David and Victor came out right away and did an incredible job. I even had purchased the wrong toilet sizes, but David came out all the way to the store with me to pick the right sizes while Victor prepped the toilet area. Their friendly quality services, post install care advices and affordable cost were incredible. I look forward to using and recommending their services.
