Extremely pleased. They are punctual, polite, and clean. How clean? Giovanni went to wash his hands and instead of touching my faucet, he noticed the paper towels I'd left by the sink for him. He didn't grab the whole roll, which would have dirtied the entire roll. He carefully peeled off just the first towel, used that to pump the soap dispenser and turn on the faucet...so he basically touched nothing. I him! Add in a perfectly executed plumbing job and this is a no brainer. We are repeat customers forever.

We found HHS Plumbing through amazon a couple of years ago. Loved their service. Today we had Giovanni come over again to descale our tankless water heater. Love the fact that they call you within 20 minutes of arriving. Service windows are pretty decent too. Love the service and knowledge. Will definitely be using again.

Five stars for Giovanni of HHS Plumbing. He was on time, courteous, knowledgeable and extremely personable. I bid my work out to two other outfits and they were higher (2-3 times higher!) At last I have found a honest plumber I will use for all future plumbing needs.

Giovanni is really good, friendly, and reasonably priced. When he came over to snake a couple drains, I realized how much of an expert he was and I ended up having him install a new garbage disposal under the sink and replace the inner workings of our 3 toilets so they would run perfectly, and they have! All his work was great. Although I hope not to see him again soon, if I have another issue, he's definitely earned my business.

I found this company on Yelp and they were very prompt with giving me a quote. Victoria was very communicative through the whole process and even worked around my busy schedule to get an appointment.

Once Giovanni came out to my house this past Thursday, he was very upfront about the cost and even did the calculation for all the labor in front of me which I really appreciated. He replaced three sinks for me and was very professional the whole time (and was even friendly and tolerant to my ultra nosy cats who wanted to ""help"" him in each bathroom). I even asked him to look at one of my showers that had been dripping after the sinks were replaced. He knew what the problem was right away and repaired that as well for a small extra cost. Giovanni was friendly, and his quality of workmanship and attention to detail were incredible. I highly recommend this company. I will definitely be calling Giovanni again!
