This is our second experience with Giovanni and HHS Plumbing. He had taken care of some minor problems we had a couple of years back and I have referred him to neighbors because of his great service along with workmanship. So this time we needed a waterless water heater flushed along with installation of a Calcium filter, as well as new fixtures for our kitchen. Giovanni was most helpful in recommending the best fixtures at a reasonable price, ordered same, and installed them all within a week. The water heater was also serviced and in addition he reset a complex timer for water features in our backyard. The work was excellent, the recs and prices were similarly excellent, and tonight (one day later) he called back to see if all was well with the timers on the fountains. Sorry folks, you don't get service like this anymore. So I will contribute to the
5* reviews above. Keep it up Giovanni.

We just moved into a house with a decent amount of plumbing issues, including:

Poor water pressure in the kitchen faucet and master shower;

A leaking bathtub faucet;

A broken shower tub faucet and shower head;

A washer and dryer needing a hook up;

A leaking gas valve in the laundry room; and

A broken bathroom sink handle.

We also needed a new kitchen faucet, garbage disposal, and two bathroom sink faucets and handles installed.

Giovanni did ALL of the work we needed and then some! He also replaced knobs that needed replacing.

Giovanni was incredibly kind the entire time. He continually explained what he was doing and why and how we can make sure to avoid any future plumbing issues with respect to the things he fixed or installed.

Also, my wife and I just moved and have had many home improvement projects going on from painting to electrical. Out of all of the home improvement professionals whom we have worked with, Giovanni was BY FAR the cleanest of all of them. He made sure to clean up any messes created by his repairs/installations and it did not go unnoticed. We REALLY appreciate how clean he was with his work. Too many times we have had workers in our home who have done a job for us but have left a mess behind for us to clean up. Of course, the clean up isn't terrible or a deal breaker, but it does make such a difference in our experience in using HHS for our plumbing needs!!

Excellent service, entirely consistent with the other Yelper reviews on here. Giovanni (the owner/plumber) was always quick to respond, available anytime, and went above and beyond to ensure perfect work. He clearly has a great knowledge of all things plumbing as well - he helped me troubleshoot a few issues along the way and assisted in researching some products I was looking for (again - going above and beyond!). He installed a new faucet setup in my kitchen and did some additional work around the house. Price was completely reasonable. Highly recommended.

Man, I wish they had done something wrong so I could give them their first negative review (if you look at my other reviews, I am perfectly willing to give a well-deserved thrashing- and I won't take a review down or modify it no matter what a business offers me). But no, they did a great job so another five star review for HHS. They came, did a great install (of a low-height, one-piece toilet) at a reasonable price. They came within the time window that they specified, and they even gave me a 20-minute heads-up phone call before they arrived. Between the wife Victoria coordinating and the husband Giovanni doing the plumbing, everything went like clockwork. Good job, HHS.

HHS Plumbing is the best!! It's rare to find a contractor who puts the amount of care and effort into each job as if it was their own home. Giovanni is that rare contractor. His wife Victoria is equally thoughtful and professional, responding quickly to scheduling service requests and texting when he is on the way. We had Giovanni repair a kitchen sink drain last year. We were so impressed with his work and thoroughness, that we hired him to replace our water heater. Another stellar job, so we asked him to handle all of the plumbing during our recent remodel - installing a new kitchen faucet, three toilets, and reinstalling four appliances. We had an issue with our water heater on a Friday afternoon during the middle of it all (found out it was due to dust buildup from the demo) and Giovanni and Victoria responded to my texts with advice over the weekend and had it repaired the following Monday morning. Giovanni also researched and gave me wonderful suggestions on replacement parts along the way. Their pricing is very fair for the work they do. If you are looking for an honest, professional, knowledgeable plumber, go with HHS Plumbing!

I called and spoke to Victoria. She was very polite and gave me a choice of time for Giovani to come out and assess the project. Giovani arrived as scheduled. He gave me a reasonable quote and we scheduled a time for him to do the work. He showed up on time and completed the project as discussed (moving an outside gas pipe for my fireplace). He was very meticulous about his work.
Left the job cleaner than it was when he arrived. He triple checked his work and left me a very satisfied customer. I will use him for all my plumbing needs as well as recommend him to all that need a knowledgeable, responsible and through plumber.

I'd give them more than 5 stars!

Our shower malfunctioned, only ran hot water, can't adjust the water temperature.
We got response from the owner within min after we posted the request for quote in Yelp, amazingly fast.
Their replies to our follow-up questions were very clear and fast too.
The repair is very efficient and effective.
The owner is very polite and knowledgeable.
He explains the problem clearly and walked through the repair process patiently.
Really feel like he's working on his own house, making sure the issue has been fixed with detail checks.
He cleaned up the area neatly after the repair.

He also helped look at other facets in the house and shared lots useful information.
He even helped clean up the bathtub drain with care, when I asked him to simply look at it.

Definitely highly recommend their service!!
