Victoria was very nice to schedule. Giovanni came to estimate and was polite and clean. I wanted to replace bathtub fixtures. He told me to buy the new faucet, but didn't tell me to buy the internal parts (was I supposed to know about that? ). He arrived for the install and said he could do nothing because I ""bought the wrong parts"". If I knew plumbing parts, I wouldn't need him, would I? I was very frustrated, and doubly so when I didn't get an apology. Obviously others have had better luck.

This is another excellent review for HHS Plumbing. This time I had a major water heater leak. As it turned out, it was due to faulty installation by another company. Giovanni and Victoria could not be more helpful, accommodating and prompt, even on a Sunday afternoon. A new water heater with proper, to code, installation was completed quickly, efficiently and spotlessly. I couldn't be happier. This is my #1 plumber to call for all jobs large and small.

Remarkable service. Giovanni came out to look into an issue with low water temperature throughout the home. He checked a couple of things to rule out some common causes. In the end, he determined that the hot water heater thermostat wasn't calibrated properly and just turned up the heat setting, problem solved at no cost!

Very honest and he gave a thorough explanation of how the system works. Didn't try to sell us anything. I will definitely use them for any future plumbing needs! Highly recommended.
