HHCC Inc. lacks any professionalism much less quality of work. They are simply replacing water heaters. Leaving a mess wherever they have been, letting the new water heaters stand in the rain before installation, parking all over; in reserved spots and fire lanes, emptying the water from the second flood, making so much noise all while taking their sweet time. Find someone else to do any of your plumbing work.

A couple of my co workers used this company and raved about them. I called them and set up an appointment. It took about two weeks to get on the schedule. I was clear with the woman on the phone what I wanted. Set up an appointment time and both my husband and I took time off work to meet with Zach. Zach showed up on time and was very friendly. He even took off his shoes to walk up stairs to our master bathroom. After a few minutes he stated he was primarily a plumber and not much of a designer. If we wanted to redo our footprint he would be the guy. However, since all we really needed was to update our bathroom not change the layout we needed to meet with someone else. While standing in our bathroom he called the other guys assistant. Unforantely, we could get anything booked at that time. We were told the assistant or the other guy would contact us and we could go from there. Well today is four days post a month. No phone calls, no emails nothing. Basically when Zach left our house that was the last contact with HHCC. Extremely disappointing since co-workers had so many positive things to say about them. I know they do a lot of work for Barton Creek Resort. It could be that a residential master bath remodel is not their idea of work. That is fine but it would be nice to have been told that. Some sort of communication since we were clear with the woman who booked the appointment and then with Zach what we wanted. Instead we took time off from work to talk to someone for no follow up. I do not chase vendors. If you are too busy or my work is not needed fine. However, I will make sure no one else waste their time either. A little follow up goes a long long way.
