Requested plumbing repair work on Home Advisor on a Tuesday, and guess who called me H&H Plumbing LLC, spoke to tech Donavan who said he could come out that day, I told him Thursday would be better, he said fine, and we set up the time for 6pm. I called him on his cell that afternoon around 4 pm to confirm we were still good, no answer I left a message. I called him again at 6pm still no answer, I then called the business office number still no answer. I wish I had read the other reviews before I wasted my time with them, but I'm glad they didn't show because I believe they wouldn't have done good work, if their customer service is any indication. Buyer Beware.

After giving me an estimate and leaving with my pump they never came back. I called several times and was promised someone would come to my house. Three times I waited and there was a no show no call. I called again to request the old pump back so I would know what to buy and was told that they did not have the pump any longer. Do not hire H & H Plumbing if you want a job done.

UPDATE- after threatening a lawsuit, the wife called me- I had to go back and forth with her a zillion times, fighting about the definition of """"Water Closet"""". She finally agreed to do the work that was promised to me. The new man that came out was skilled and did a great job on fixing the other horrific plumbers mistakes. I still felt like they thought they were doing me a favor - which wasn't the case at all. Now you know they fixed their mistakes- but I'd still stay as far away from them as possible!!
