A/C HVAC unit did not have power. I did some DYI investigating myself and thought it was the fuse in the HVAC that blew due to me changing the thermostat to a smart updated version. The crew, Robert and Enrique, arrived on time with all smiles. Robert has a great sense of humor and was extremely knowledgeable and efficient. He discovered the problem, gave me a fair quote and fixed it, all in an hour. Great job and I would use them again.

Yelp hasn't failed me yet. I reached for AC help, my original pick, never even responded...but HG did! Corrine messaged back that evening, called in the am, scheduled in the afternoon, texted when 30 minutes out. Technician, Cole, on time, professional, informative, parts on hand and repaired the problem! My upstairs was 87 degrees, not we are a cool 78 degrees. Thank you HG!!

We just moved in to our home, and on one of the hottest days i've ever experienced in the OC, our Air decided to go out. As luck would have it, we had just received a mailer from HG Home Services, so being new to the area, we gave it a shot. We called at about 1:45pm on a Tuesday, and were immediately impressed when the service tech arrived by 3:30pm. I don't speak air conditioning language, so i was very happy that the on site Tech and Manager, Bobby, broke everythig down, in terms i could understand. Bobby and (sorry, can remember the service tech's name) did not pressure me to do any upgrades, service plans, etc, so that right there would have made them an amazing company. Bobby explained that the problem would be a relatively inexpensive cost, at around $200.00'including labor. That was such a huge relief as the dollar signs were already flashing in my head! within two hours, the repair job was done, everything was cleaned up, and we had our AC back up and running, and it feels like it might even be running a little better than before they came out.

These guys have warned my business for life, and ive already referred several friends in the area

Filled out a request online and got a response within a few minutes. My initial appointment with Cole was set for the next day. Cole is really knowledgeable about HVAC systems and took his time assessing what was wrong with our motor (in a very hot attic!). Our second appointment (to replace the motor) was first cancelled and then delayed due to our part not arriving on time. Once the part was received, Cole was able to come out and fix my AC in a very timely manner.

Wouldn't hesitate to use HG Home Services again in the future.

Super quick to respond. I needed my ac unit fixed asap and I was able to get a hold of HG Home Services at 9pm after hours. They were able to come out within 30mins and diagnose my unit. It turned out i needed a complete replacement of my unit and Matt was able to get us a great deal and add the service fee from the night he came out to the new equipment he applied it to our new unit. I also really appreciate that he helped us identify the right unit for our needs without unnecessary upsells.

This company installed a AC/Heater in our garage yesterday and did a fantastic job and the unit looks and works great at start-up. The team was courteous and efficient and hard working.
