The three things I appreciated most about HG Home Services after their work on our new heating/cooling system are as follows: 1. Professional in every aspect from how they worked, how they spoke to one another, and how they solved any issues that arose during the job; 2. Reliable as they were always there when they said they would be and kept working; 3. Great Communication from the techs to admin to any subcontractor they needed. This is a wonderful company whose employees seem to genuinely like what they do and value one another. Installation went well and I appreciate all the follow-up interactions to make sure everything is running smoothly.

Replaced my entire HVAC system on a 20 year old house. So far so good. Probably not the least expensive contractor, but fair....and as my Dad always told me - you typically get what you pay for. Service (maintenance tune-ups and filter replacements) since installation has been reliable and free, so far. I think that ends in a year...

Cole was adorable. And he gave me a good offer.
My property was the issue. Most companies didn't even send me an offer.
It wasn't great- the two guys were at my house for over 12 hours
And I wouldn't pay them
It didn't work
And it was loud
Then Cole came back-
tbh I think the hvac should be moved to the attic

But- (a month later)
They replaced it.

I called in the a.m. for HVAC maintenance and Corrine got me right in and scheduled with a very nice and Knowledgeable technician Joshua. He performed a thorough evaluation and cleaning of the
Furnace/ HvAC and explained everything in detail of our system. He was courteous prompt, and a pleasure to work with. Corrine was excellent on the phone as well!! Highly recommend this company.
