Needed a replacement AC and furnace system for my house. Cole, Andrew and another technician showed up to do the install. Just from how they worked together it was obvious they were very knowledgeable and familiar with AC and furnace installation. As a bonus the technicians were also very friendly with my curious kids whose asked them a million questions while they were working.

Very quick response time! They were here, fixing our AC issues in less than 24 hours. Tyler was our technician and he was quick to figure out the issue and solve the problem and was helpful with information so that we don't have the same issue again. Thank you HG and Tyler, we will definitely use this business again with any future air conditioning problems!

Julio was the first to call me when I contacted several on Yelp to get my bedroom door fixed; he came he saw he conquered!!

Happened to be out so came by to have a look
He was all the way up in LA and I'm all the way down in Huntington Beach but he was still here by like noon
So I was excited because I thought that would give enough time to do the job
But He didn't have all his tools with him since he came with a different dump truck

...edited out complaints on other creep contractors. . .

note to self go for professionals that are professionals not just reference from your friends... I should know better than that sort of anyways

He came here and saw it and Listened to my story about how it happened after I put on a latch and she broke into it so I got a new door knob with a lock and then she had someone come in and take the hinges off and so they were weak and then one day they just fell off so anyways I needed it to be so that no one could possibly break in so he said simply it needs an entire new door and the door jamb. I said but the doors OK right can't you just get the outer part and he said no they come as one piece...
I didn't know that they all came as one piece but they do...

How many times have I repeated myself already? Ha ha Ha bear with me...

It was really important to me that I'd be able to open and close the door that day... cause Some really stressful stressful times and they're getting worse so...He got here around two on a Saturday but he didn't have his tools but I have a Makita and random bits of screws and pieces of particleboard From the ugly ass office furniture that's falling apart so...Even though he wasn't planning on it he just got creative with me (Marzguyvering i call it )
and used every drop of his elbow grease, more than I have, and he made it happen... (I had done some thing similar before but it was still unhinged on the top and not secure...) he def went out of his way to make it work temporarily, He also wasn't just after money because he said really because this is gonna cost today and the next day and I said no no I really want this now... and I was so stoked
He's a family man he said Sunday is for the kids so he would go to home depot 1st thing Monday and get supplies then . . . Full disclosure we spoke Sunday and I said OK you're coming first thing Monday and he said well now I have to go to Home Depot first so I'll be there a little later so he texted me ""good morning"" at 7:30 in the morning!! And I wasn't prepared for that so he waited a little bit longer but then when he got a call for another job he took it... So I told him well next time call cause I would've woken me up but it's OK...

It went way faster than I thought especially after all these other dudes just kind of dicking around! beware people... beware of Reese that comedian duck contractor dude, I'm glad because she witnessed that get the F out he's fired...

It all happened really fast... Called at 7:30 in the morning to check in... so be prepared for that... this time I set my Home Depot opens and he's there 1st thing got the parts plus 2 other tasks I actually forgot that I even asked him to do but he remembered so I can appreciate that because after these other people that came and filled and didn't listen to anything that was really cool... even got paint he knew was needed and How did he know what color to get to match but he did
I didn't know that he'd need to get paint as well and whatever else to properly do everything... Oh yeah I also had him patch up a kick dent in the other door yes I have a temper... and install a safety bathroom bar not my mom.

Apparently the other people were waiting for me tell them exactly what to get and how to do it, but that's the point! s if I knew what to get I would've gotten it already! I don't have a truck but...right you know what I mean that's why you hire people because They know what you don't know!! Yes I digress but these are good things to learn I've never been a homeowner...

I expected him to be here in the afternoon and it would take hours but he was in around 9 AM and done by about noon and that was that

He was clean and tidy and patient and not a creep at all
And efficient and quick... And he listened to what I said and got all the parts done that we discussed more than I even remembered about...
Can't really ask for anything more and
then he left to go to another job immediately but
I would hire him again

he also has a big giant dump truck that for those kind of jobs and he has guys that can help him so
so that totally covers it

I don't know what else to say...Actually I could say a lot more believe me as long as this is a totally edited it a lot

Cole came out to our home and gave my wife and I a lot of time and answered all of our questions about our AC. Cole was able to give us absolutely excellent and superb service. He is extremely knowledgeable and is an ultra pro at his work. You can just tell when someone really knows his craft, he is one of those people. Like a lot of people, we need more work done on our home and Cole told us that they do more than just AC and are capable of doing anything because they are General Contractors. I strongly recommend this company and specifically Cole. He is just fantastic and I would highly recommend to ask for Cole! Thanks HG!

Don't do it. These guys show up in a clean new van all decked out. The problem is that they are incompetent at fixing things and their standards are extremely low. They messed up my job every way it could be messed up. They did eventually finish the job with amateur standards, but only on the fourth time they told me it was done. I should have fired them immediately the first time when it was apparent Cole took no pride in his work and had no idea what he was doing. The owner came out and convinced me to let them finish the job with a more experienced worker. It took 3 more rounds of BS and excuses to get a (barely) acceptable result. I will not be calling them again and I recommend you look elsewhere.

Andrew from HG Home Services did an amazing job today for my annual HVAC tune-up. He was right on time for the appointment and came equipped with whatever was required. He was kind enough to explain the checklist that he was going to follow as a part of the tune-up as well as provided some great recommendations to keep the system performance at its best!

I must say that my very first experience with HG Home Services has been really great and that I certainly look forward to getting more work done from them in the future.

Just wrapped up a really great experience with HGHS. We had just replaced all our bathroom countertops, sinks, and faucets so we needed to have the new sinks and faucets installed. Being the unhandyman that I am, I reached out to a few services on Yelp to get some estimates. HGHS was the first to respond and they were able to get a technician out the following day. Our technician, Cole, came out to help assess our plumbing project and our needs. He is very friendly, professional, and courteous (always proactively wore the shoe covers inside our home - we never had to ask him to do so). When the day of the install came , Cole started the work but he realized that we were missing an important part for the faucets (refer to the unhandyman comment earlier) so we had to order them and wait a few days until they arrived. Cole proceeded to complete as much work as he could that day and was patient in waiting for the parts to arrive. Once the parts arrived, HGHS came out the very next morning to finish the job. Both Cole and Andrew came in the morning and finished installing the faucets and connected the plumbing. They did a fantastic job!

Special shout out to Cole for providing a professional and trustworthy experience. Also, a nice thank you to Corinne for all her prompt and kind communication to inform us of the latest updates regarding scheduling and project updates in general.

I will definitely be calling them first for any additional home services that the boss wants to have done. I'd highly recommend them to any family, friends, or unhandy people (like myself) who need quality work to be done in a professional, respectful, non-pushy/used car sales type, and cost effective manner.
