Scott W.Had a clogged kitchen drain and called Heys knowing I would pay more but wanted it fixed. First guy came out. Still backing up after he left. Called to have them send another guy. Second guy came and discovered the ""correct"" relief drain. He leaves and it continues to back up. No follow up call from Heys to confirm it was fixed. No energy to call them a third time. Not impressed. Looking for a good plumber
Cheryl H.Have used them for a small job and it went smooth. It was a small leak in my shower valve, I think they are professional ,and do very good work, that they warranty .
Had work done in the past but have tried unsuccessfully on 3 phone calls to get someone to call me back about an issue we are having. Left messages with a live person and not a recording. Guess customer service is not important. Even told girl on phone that I would contact another plumbing company and she just said ""ok"". Oh well.....
I called Heys Plumbing because I had a blockage that affected both toilets and bathtub/shower. I had another plumber respond earlier who didn't know where my ""clean out"" was and wanted to take both toilets out to fix the blockage. He also wanted to charge me an arm and a leg and then wanted to haggle. The Heys plumber was very knowledgeable and fast. He found my clean out with no problem and cleared out the blockage. Thank you for your quick response and for saving me a lot of money.
The came to repair my leaky bath tube faucets but it kept leaking after a few weeks. This happened 3 times but since they did it for free I didn't complain. Then it
Leaked again the fourth time but this time they wanted to charge me. I complained that even if the warranty time had passed it was ridiculous that the faucet kept leaking. Then I was transferred to this rude woman manager who changed the story saying that the entire piping behind the faucet needed to be replaced. My question is why didn't they recommended to do that in the first place. Once a problem appears isn't it obvious that the root cause should be fixed instead of patching it temporarily?
At the end the story ended up being a lie because after the fourth time the faucet never leaked and I had some other plumber take a look at it and was told the piping is in good condition
The water heater over the bathroom failed. Water was contained in tray until Heys spilled the water onto the ceiling of the bathroom. Cost me $300 to fix Heys mess.
Todd K.Returned my call right away on a Saturday am. They fixed promptly on Monday. Steve offered to re-light pilot light to get me through the weekend even though he was 40 miles away. Honest folks and very good to local charities. Use these guys. Great service!
If Dale had complete control of this company, I would have left my 3-star rating up. Dale seems to genuinely care and seems to genuinely want to do right by the customer. Sadly, Dale's dad, John, is still in control of Heys and John's business philosophy is STILL ""screw over the customer."" John is constantly up his employees' butts to upsell and bill customers for more hours than was actually worked.
Upsell?! Really?! How about just repairing the plumbing issue with the actual supplies needed and charge for the actual time worked?! Why not build a reputation on being an honest business person? Take a look at some of my 5-star reviews of some local SCV vendors. These guys do it right. John, you can learn a lot from them.
My experiences with your company were not flukes and you're still just as shady of a business person as you were back in 2006 when you fraudulently charged my HOA for hours not worked.
We had a bathroom sink faucet that was leaking, my husband installed a new Delta faucet and it continued to leak after going back to the hardware store and purchasing two new supply lines and trying again, it still leaked, so I called Heys Plumbing and within an hour Nate was at the front door, he checked the installation and said that my husband had done a good job. When he turned on the faucet it leaked again, so Nate removed it and inspected it and saw that the new faucet was defective. So after all that Nate gave us the invoice and it was not unreasonable. Nate was very polite and careful and clean. Would call Heys Plumbing again.

Cristy R.While the technician did not arrive when they had initially anticipated that he would, they phoned me and let me know. They then gave me a new estimated time which the tech, Christian, did keep. He was very polite, patient and professional!! He took care of my water heater problem quickly.
