Worst plumbing experience.
Incompetent and negligent.

Drilled a hole into my dining room because their recommended leak specialist said the leak is here.

Come to say, there was no leak in the pipes.
His recommendation is too drill more holes in the dining room.

Nope.

Learned the homes in my community use post tension foundation.
So what you say?

You Never, Never, Never, drill into a foundation with post tension. Yet Heys plumbing still did.

Here is the worst part, the next plumbers we hire finds two leaks in the plumbing system by testing the pipes without drilling any holes into the dining room.

Wtf is going on?

Now Heys is threatening to sue for $1400.00

I called Heys Plumbing late in the day on a Friday and which happened to be a 3 day holiday weekend. We needed a plumber to respond to a leak in a unit owned by others. The Heys responded by phone and sent a technician that repaired the leaky pipe. Dale and his team will not let you down.

The team at Heys were all great. I had a few things repaired and had several different plumbers come out. All my interactions with Heys were positive and I appreciated their timeliness and flexibility with scheduling. Work was all done to a high level and pricing was fair. Thanks Dale, Brian, Diana, and the rest of the team!!!

Hopefully you will never have a bad plumbing leak late on a Friday afternoon of a Holiday weekend. We did and we called Heys Plumbing to do an after hours fix. They were amazing and all things considered very reasonably priced for the timing and problem. Had they not been able to come when they did, we would have had been in terrible shape. Thank You, Thank You, Thank You Heys Plumbing!

I strongly recommend this plumbing company to anyone seeking excellence in what they do. We had leaking fixtures that were 15 years old and very specialized. They went above and beyond to figure out what we needed and how to get what was needed to fix our problem. They were on time, professional, very neat and tidy, and kept us informed every step of the way. I am thrilled to be able to recommend and know a great hometown plumbing company.

Let me start by saying I had an awful experience with Heys Plumbing. It started with the clerk, whose name I forget (possibly Sienna or Sierra). She was absent minded, repeatedly asked me the same questions over and over after I explained things to her and neglected to even schedule an appointment for me when I called several times to do just that. I kept waiting for a call that never came. So, finally after a couple weeks went by and I didn't receive a call, I called back and found out that there was a different clerk. I was told, ""Oh, she doesn't work here anymore."" To top it off, she never even entered my information or request for a consultation into their computers so I had to start the whole process over again. Luckily, the new clerk seemed to be very competent and apologized for the ineptitude of the previous clerk. I told them exactly the specific part that I wanted to be changed in the shower. After a few days, I finally scheduled an appointment for someone to come out to give us an estimate. But it didnt get any better from there.

So the plumber came to our rental, did his assessment and gave us what he considered an estimate. He gave us a quote, which was wildly more expensive than my first plumber's estimate was, and said he would have to reschedule so he could get the part that he needed. But then he said, ""But if I break a part while trying to fix the original problem, it's gonna cost you a lot more."" Wait, what? Was he serious? He was telling us that if HE broke something, WE would have to pay extra for it. It was at this moment, I knew I would never use Heys Plumbing. Besides the fact that he never called us back to schedule a time to fix the issue, I wasn't going to use them anyway. I went back to my original plumber and begged him to fix the problem, which he did, very easily, quickly and for far less money. Save yourself the headache and find a reliable, trustworthy plumbing service. You won't find it here.

Washing machine shut off valves were corroded and leaking. Anthony from Heys Plumbing estimated a price range and stayed within it!

We had a clogged kitchen sink back at the end of October in our condo. Because we have had so many plumbing issues due to shared pipes (including root issues), I called the HOA and they sent Hey's Plumbing. They were there for 15 minutes and charged $202.50. The HOA billed us because they said the plumber said it was all the homeowners issue because there were a few strands of pasta that fell down the sink. If I had known I was paying directly I would have asked what they charged first. There are many companies that clean a drain for $99. Ask the price before you call them. The technician even had the nerve to accept a tip from my brother. The only reason my brother tipped him is because he thought the HOA was paying. If he knew they were charging 202.50 for 15 minutes of work.....

I've started to write this review several times and each time my blood pressure rises and I get more and more upset. I would love to share the comedy of the situtation, however it would be a farce at best. Let's just say the problem started at the downstairs toilet. When the plummers from Heys arrived, I was asked about a box that's suppose be somewhere in my garage, which we don't have. I even went to my neighbors who have the same model of home, and asked about this box. They didn't have one either. After this crazy back and forth, I asked why they didn't want to snake the 'clean out' sewer where the water seemed to be coming from?

Anyway, I could go on, but the bottom line is Heys charged me $203.50 not to open my blockage. But, instead, insisted they would have to come back, at their convience, to tear up my front yard for hundreds more.

After, stupidly, paying Heys, I still had the problem. So, I called another company. The new company came out and, after about an hour, they broke through the blockage from the same 'clean out' Heys gave up on in favor of digging up my front yard and charging me hundreds for unnesassary work. I, of course, had to pay the other company, but they actually did the work. And, didn't try to jack up the costs.

In short, Heys is why when a homeowner needs a plummer they cringe asking...who can I trust? It's not Heys!
