Please, do yourself a big favor, and NEVER use this company!! Unprofessional, terrible customer service! Very pricey, the manager told me to ""shut up"" when I called to complain, charged us twice for the same problem week after week. Will never use them again!

Wanted to write an update after speaking with Dale, the owner. Basically if you are a HOA Association you are paying much, much more than they quote individuals (for example rootering is $140 OR $400 for the association.) And since they don't care about their work or customers you will have problems and lawsuits from your homeowners.

When these issues arise, Dale will let the homeowner know that the association is at fault and to take it up with them. There must be better plumbing companies to use that will not cause MORE problems than they solve.

RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN!!!! John Heys is a CON MAN!!! Please believe me, he's lied over and over and over again. You can't belive a WORD from this guy. He doesn't show up, he doesn't call, he has stolen $1,500 from us by not finishing a job.
When we heard that he doesn't pay his employees, we were out.
But before one more person gets CONNED - DON'T EVEN THINK ABOUT CALLING THIS GUY!

UNPROFESSIONAL!! (Jan 2015) I live in a townhouse and my neighbor has a broken pipe out on the patio which is connected to ours. The guy that was sent out to fix the problem came with a female coworker/trainee and had to dig from my patio to reach the neighbor's pipe. This guy was loud and used profanity and vulgarities as he spoke to the trainee. Not knowing that my eleven year old daughter at the time was home schooling and heard his entire vocabulary choices. After my wife reported it to the rude office lady the same tech was sent out the next day and was immediately rude and hostile to the mother of this home. End result was extremely poor quality work and the guy cemented our removable drain cover in. I myself called the owner Dale Heys and he himself showed no immediate concern about fixing the issue and was very rude. It wasn't until I sent him a photo of the work that he said he would get it fixed but he and his office was unwilling to accommodate a scheduling time that I could be home from work so my wife would not have to deal with anyone from the company. ISSUE NEVER GOT RESOLVED...
Today Heys had to come out to fix the same problem from before for my neighbors outside drain. Heys once again sent out THE SAME hostile tech out for the job, over to our patio. My wife not realizing it was the same guy from before greeted him politely and to no avail she was met with disrespect, unprofessional responses, and lots of bravado from him. ISSUE STILL NOT RESOLVED...
Heys is supposed to contact us ""soon"" to inform us of when they will be coming to our patio again to fix my neighbors problem. Guess I will be calling out of work that day to insure I'm present, hoping to make some positive out of all of this. Follow up soon.

We had a couple of clogged drains and didn't know who to call to help us. My dad recommended Heys because he has had several good experiences with them over the years on his plumbing issues. They got the day of the service wrong, but quickly corrected it without a hassle. I was grateful for that. Anyway, Mauricio came out yesterday and fixed our issues for a reasonable price. He was very nice and professional. We will ask for him personally again when we have plumbing problems.

Had a leak in the wall. Next day (today) repairman Mauricio showed up by expected time. Very polite, informative of what the problem was, what happened , and how he was going to repair it. Ended up replacing shower drain pipes that were old, leaking, and worn. Cleaned up afterwards leaving no mess at all. And re-informed of what he had done making sure I understood. From doing plumbing work in the past myself, he did a great job!! Very happy.
Heyes plumbing can be counted on to do the job right!

I called Heys to fix a water pressure issue at my house. I already knew the water pressure regulator was bad, but I had them come over to diagnose the issue. They confirmed my suspesion and proceeded to replace the regulator. After about 20 minutes, my water pressure issue was fixed!

Had an issue with the attitude that Technician ""Christian"" gave my elderly parents while servicing a unit across from theirs last week but Mr. Heys contacted me directly to express concern regarding the issue. While I don't have experience with their work, they are a small business with an owner who actually cares about his company and it's reputation.
