My 86 year old mother received a quote to have a sink installed for $250.00 at the end of the job it was $450.00 . the person on the phone did not come out to look to make the quote . he instead outsourced his job to a paid of Mexican nationals who were kind enough , worried more about masks than anything else took off twice hours at a time . when I came into the picture the sink was out the drains were to the stub outs in the wall . the purified water line was flowing in a bucket my mother was tending to .I stopped the flow at it's valve, assessed the scene, the plumbers were no where to be seen, I took the template out of the box the new sink came in the sink would have never fit as is . I trimmed out the counter top to fit the new sink and cleaned up the mess . they showed back up .starting with the sink carrying they wanted to fill a 1/4 gap between the sink and counter top warp with silicon, I showed how to shim the counter top to remove the warp ..and they went back to their business ,when done i had to show the one where the silicone sink to countertop ""dressing was missing"" they had no clue how to cut the point on the tube and has excess silicone all over . the person who was called was Rick the Happy plumber ...so if he is associated with this company or not I have no clue .I had to finish this cause I wasted enough time and we have no clue who the Mexican subcontractors belonged to . So if you had a great time with these guys don't let me rain on you comments ..just letting everyone know what happened with my mom ( they took about 8 hours ,,Me? may be three including the trip to Home Cheapo or Lowered

Today, March 4, 2021, was the first time I've used Hey Hey Rooter. I needed a sewer drain line unclogged and I was referred to them by Bonnie Hanson of Hanson Plumbing. Tony said he would be here today between 3 and 5 and he showed up promptly at 5. He and his son quickly and efficiently cleared my drains quickly with virtually no mess for $98. My house was built in 1966 and I've lived here for almost 50 years. I've always had trouble with clogged drains and have had to call a plumber every few months. This is the first time I've used Hey Hey Rooter and I have to say that I was very impressed. I will definitely call them again!

I called on Saturday night because a bathroom shower was badly clogged. Tony came at 10:00 Sunday morning and did an excellent job. Cleared the blockage and charged a very fair price. I made sure I got his card for future reference. Very pleased with the service.

We have been using Hey Hey Rooter since the first time roots clogged our sewer line about 15 years ago. After we were given a quote from a plumber for thousands of dollars that we couldn't afford, a neighbor recommended Hey Hey Rooter, the previous owner Dick who worked with Tony, who has taken over the business. They are truly the most honest and hard working business owners. We have since needed their services multiple times over the years and again today, our main line was clogged, causing our toilets to flood our bathroom leaving us unable to run any water at all. I called Tony yesterday when I realized that we desperately needed his help, he returned my call and put us on his schedule for first thing this morning. While I was waiting for a response from Tony, I tried contacting a couple of other companies to see if they could help, I was floored with one of the quotes provided, they were asking 3 x's what Hey Hey Rooter charges... told me that they charge over $125 just to unclog a kitchen sink, obviously people who don't know and are desperate pay the prices!

Tony came out as promised first thing this morning, ran the snake all the way to the sewer and unclogged the line. Quick, and the most fair price you will find. I highly recommend using them for this service! There is no warning when the main line is clogged and you need someone who can come out immediately to fix the issue, call Tony with Hey Hey Rooter!

Do not use this company!! I had them come out to clear a drain. Within a week the same drain was clogged and they would not come back out. They do not stand behind their work.
