I've been out of hot water for two weeks. I scheduled an appointment with Hey Dude Plumbing because they reassured me they could take care of my hot water replacement. I had to wait 5 days for the appointment due to their availability crossing over the weekend. Unfortunately, They canceled the day of the appointment WITHOUT any reason or explanation. Displaying a lack of care and respect for my situation. I got a random call to reschedule a few days later and when I asked what happened with my appointment, they could still not provide any explanation only saying """"I will have to ask the service manager and get back to you"""" which never happened and cause for my family to go without hot water for more time. I understand things happen, but I am Totally disappointed with the poor communication and hope Rheem stops considering them a preferred vendor as im not the only one with this experience.

Plumber did not show up for two days. Owner ,Michael Kenady, did not respond to inquiries of what was going on and office was hard to reach. They did not have a clue. Owner did not apologize and refused compensation for my missing two days of work or for the hassle. Exorbitant cost. Horrible management and customer service.

We have an older house with antiquated plumbing and and enormous clog caused everything to back up late on Saturday night. Michael was the only plumber to answer the phone at 8:30 in the morning on Sunday. Because he only had one guy working, he couldn't get anybody out until that evening. Sometimes that's the way it goes. It was a big relief knowing someone was coming to fix our issue the same day. Once Jonathan arrived, he quickly diagnosed the problem and put in a big effort to get our system up and running. He even took a look at another plumbing issue after resolving the big problem - despite the late hour. I absolutely recommend these guys and plan on calling them first whenever I need a plumber.

i had a backed up kitchen sink, husband out of town, couldn't do dishes or run the dishwasher, I was stressed out. Mike had Tyler out to my house 30 minutes after I called and he was here in under an hour in the evening. Tyler was very nice and very professional. I would recommend them to anyone.
