I wish I could rate Herzers on talent and intuition as well as service. Most recently, the guys rescued me from a leak that turned out to be a PVC pipe that broke in two - three feet down! (Roto Rooter was going to call in leak detection equipment used to find slab leaks.) Last year I had a leak in my house - the guys narrowed it down to the kitchen and selected the exact spot where the leak was. I only had to replace one kitchen tile! These guys are the best in the business, and honest to boot.

It took three(3) phone calls and one (1) email to finally get Erica on the phone to get my request of the cost of owner provided kitchen sink faucet and garbage disposal installed. I can only base this business on my experience with Erica that I found her unprofessional and seemed unwilling to be helpful. I hope someone in this company knows this of Erica, even if she may be the owner or related to the owner. This is one(1) customer you have lost and rest assured when my friends and neighbors ask for a plumbing referral I will tell them of my experience with Herzers.

I called and spoke to Laura. She was very friendly and efficient, and scheduled a tech to come out to me immediately. They were out here within an hour of my phone call, talk about prompt service! They fixed my clogged kitchen sink in less than 30 minutes, and were very reasonably priced. I was quoted much higher from other local companies. I will definitely use them again if I have any more plumbing issues in the future.

I know why this company has good reviews! Brian came to give me an estimate for replacing my water cut off valve and a few outside faucets. Got an estimate and then he went ahead and did the job then! I was more than happy to have it all done! Very reasonable pricing and very nice guy! Thanks for the updates! I have two bathrooms in my home and both shower stems were leaking I called made an appointment and was called The Day of the appointment by Bryan who was here very fast after he called, he is very courteous and professional fix my problem and the rate was very reasonable I highly recommend these people. They are also used by my son and his neighbor in Orange Park.
