We had a plumbing emergency with our sump pump check valve after hours... they responded with an ETA and were there in less than an hour with the part we needed. Great Service, Great Plumber-we can not say more. We highly recommend!

We called Hertler to come checkout why our drains weren't draining. Landis came out on a Wednesday night at 7PM, and spent the entire time walking me through everything and explaining what he was doing. He was able to clear the temporary blockage in my pipes, identified the root cause (roots in the pipes!) and recommend a few different fixes many which didn't even involve him. Cool guy, good plumber, I learned a lot, I'd definitely call them again.

Landis and the Hertler team demonstrated exceptional skill and professionalism in the installation of a new water heater and the repair of our boiler. landis hertler is a thief and liar - do not trust him!!!! he took a $1700 draw for a job and never did the work!!!! he took the job saying it was going to take a week, did not finish it, disappeared for 6 weeks of not returning my calls or texts, then did a haphazard job after promising to return the landscaping to normal after the sewer line repair. this was nine months ago and i have not had my money returned!!! i had to hire my own landscaper at an additional cost of $2k to fix his mess! he is banned from my HOA in Ambler now! do not hire!!!!!
