This company is managed poorly and does absolutely shabby work. Our insurance company hired them to fix sewage plumbing outside of our house. They took six weeks to even show up at the door, but they didn't even come with the permit in hand. They spent the entire day standing around waiting for the management to contract the local code enforcer for the permit. They fixed the pipes okay, but they ripped up the yard and left a huge, sloppy mound of dirt on our lawn for months because the weather was too cold to put down concrete. They didn't come back to fix the concrete sidewalk until the code enforcer threatened to fine them $1,000/day until it was complete. They didn't level our the sidewalk concrete correctly so the whole sidewalk was crooked, and they neglected to add extension joints. They left the yard an absolute disaster and we spent three hours cleaning it up. It was such a hassle we were ready to shut up and leave it, but the neighbors we share the sidewalk with called to complain (and rightly so). The code enforcer is threatening to sue them to fix the sidewalk by hiring an outside contractor because everything they did was so far below code standards. They should be ashamed of themselves. Do NOT hire this company.

Terrible customer service. I have Homeserve Insurance. I placed a claim early today for an emergency situation. They said Hers and His Plumbing would be in touch. I never heard from them and I followed up with Homeserve several times. They tried to reach them several times, leaving messages on their emergency line. I also left a message on their emergency line. No response and it has been several hours. If you have an emergency don't call them, your emergency is clearly not their emergency.

I was connected with this company via American Home Shield Warranty and they initially came out in March of 2017 to replace a leaking hot water heater. Three weeks ago it began leaking and is clearly under warranty. I contacted American Home Shield and Hers and His and to date I have been given the run around as to when my water heater will be replaced. One excuse was that the person that installed it at Hers and His no longer works there and they didn't have the paperwork on it (ok ridiculous). It has now been 3 weeks and American Home Shield lies about install dates and Hers and His (if they will even take my call which is rare) still cannot give me an install date. My water heater has been leaking for 3 weeks and my water pump is running excessively as is my oil burner to heat the water that is being lost. I don't know where to turn from here. Please stay away from this company.

DON'T LET THEM IN YOUR HOUSE! My basement drain was backing up when I ran the dishwasher and washing machine around the same time, so I contacted PA Water protection and they sent this company out. After walking around the basement the man recommended we go to Home Depot and buy a snake and run it through the line and call them back to let them know if it worked or not. When I asked more questions - like 'Why don't you snake it?' his response was that his snake was too big to fit through the sewer line pipe - his was only for commercial lines.

This didn't make sense and upon further questioning he told me that the house had probably settled and the grade of slope for the pipe under the concrete was probably going uphill now. His recommendation was to break up the concrete and re-run the plumbing. With this, I asked him to write everything down and I would call after snaking the line myself.

I provided a copy of this to written document to PA Water and they sent a second company out the following day - they snaked the line and found the issue in less than 30 minutes- No issues since.

Day after the snow storm 3/14, we had Fred H from this Plumbing company successfully install a 75 gal water heater. Fred the plumber single handedly with some of my help dragged the bulky unit thru a block of ice 75 feet. Fred's focus and resolve to complete the job on time was impressive. Thank you. AL.

Hers and His Plumbing came to fix a clogged floor drain, after another company was unable to unclog properly, a month earlier. The difference between the first plumber and the Hers and His plumber was absolutely amazing. The professionalism of Hers and His was impeccable. They explained everything to me and took the time to make sure the drain was unclogged. I highly recommend Hers and His plumbing!
