Colin O.Just kicks the problems to the insurance company and the company kicks the problem back to them. Not willing to perform service even if I wanted to pay.
We experienced a water leak in our front yard. The water company came and took a look at it and said it was a main water leak on the homeowner side. We then called our warranty company and was contacted by Hers and His plumbing. One of their guys came out and told us it was roots around our sprinkler system. He said he could fix it, but warranty won't cover it. We needed to pay out of pocket. He stopped the leak, but now our sprinkler system won't work. It was working fine even with the leak, but we were already wasting too much water with the leak, so we stopped running sprinkler once we noticed the water leak in yard. Hers and his sent the guy back after we called and explained sprinkler wasn't working anymore. Guy came out and couldn't fix what he had broken. We then called irrigation company and this guy told us the leak was NOT from sprinkler system and it was in fact main water line. He could see the work the plumber did and the damage he caused. We called Hers and His and told them our irrigation issues and asked could we be compensated for this expense since their guy caused it. We have asked to speak with a manager and it has been a week and still no call back. We feel like we are being given the run around. For anyone needing plumbing repairs, we do not recommend this company. The young guy did try to correct the issue, but once he saw that he could not fix it he should have been honest and helped us rectify the issue with Hers and His plumbing. Very disappointed in them. Our yard was also left a total mess. He didn't even level out the dirt when finished.
Took them 2 weeks to get someone out to our home. They were supposed to arrive on 1/23/23 between 11 & 2. No one showed. I called them 3 different times (holding for 30 minutes each time). All they could tell me was that someone would be out that day, but didn't know a time. The plumber didn't show up until 7:30pm that evening. He took and look and said that he needed to order a part and can't fix it until then. We were told that they would call us to get back on the schedule. I waited 2 business days before I called them again because I hadn't heard from them. They finally get us on the schedule again for 1/30/23 and told us that hopefully the part will come in by then. They said that they would call us to reschedule if the part didn't come in. Now here it is 1/30/23, I haven't heard from them so I assumed the plumber would be here between 1 & 4 like they told me for the appointment. At 3:59 I received a text stating that the plumber was on the way. I waited until 5pm at which I had to leave for an appointment. My Ring doorbell never went off and I never received a phone call. I am beyond upset with this company and their lack of communication. It is so unprofessional. I am now going to have to reach out to another plumbing company because this one clearly sucks and can't get the job done.
Kenny W.TERRIBLE!! I was selling my house and it needed a new hot water heater. Waited 3 WEEKS to have a hot water heater replaced...and THEY NEVER REPLACED IT!! I had to cancel it and just found a local plumber to do the job. The supervisor at the Atlanta office, Eric, should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! He was rude and just to be an a**hole, he scheduled me an appointment for my HWH to be delivered, knowing damn well they hadn't even received the unit yet. He just wanted to get off the phone with me. I had to push back my closing date, causing me to have to make yet another mortgage payment! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! SCAM!!! ZERO STARS!!
I am thoroughly displeased and disgusted with the service provided by the technician from Hers and His. I solicited their services to address a leak that was identified by the water company for a property in Griffin, GA. After arguing with me about collecting the service fee prior to providing ANY service, the technician proceeded to turn on the faucets throughout the house and then left and reported that there were no leaks were discovered. I would never refer or recommend them to anyone who has any trouble with plumbing.
Horrible service. Over 20min on hold just to talk to someone. The tech came and spent 60 seconds replacing the part that was already replaced before. I notified that this didn't help before, but he assured it will work this time. 15min later the problem is still there, obviously. Now they can't come back to fix it because they are booked. Save your money! Find a reputable plumber to work with.

After months, two last minute cancellations from them, one no-show, a $400 charge for work that was never done, and HOURS of my time trying to resolve this situation I am extremely unhappy with the service I (didn't) receive, and customer service who is anything but helpful (when you can even get them to answer the phone!)
still very mad at the company - i discovered a leaking water heater on May 27 and this company was hired through my home warranty company. the tech came out and provided an estimate to the home warranty company. I finally agreed to the out-of-pocket amount on June 3 and signed off with the project. On the same day, this company told they were ordering parts and would set up the appointment once the water heater is ordered and ready. I didn't hear back from them so i called on Wednesday June 16. Was told that the tech """"spoke"""" with me the following week and I '""""decided"""" for a """"buyout"""" with my home warranty company so they closed the work order, while in fact I had no communication with the company ever after June 3. Short story is that this company can not be trusted. Avoid it at all cost would be my advise. I spoke with my home warranty company and shared my experiences. Again, never do business with Hers & His Plumbing. Enter at your own risk!
Vernon C.Great customer service and very professional! They arrived on time to troubleshoot and replace my garbage disposal. One of the gentlemen was a local veteran neighborhood superstar plumber to the Lilburn/Snellville area that I had do work for me in the past so when I saw him show up with a new company I knew what type of service I would receive before they entered my door! Check His and Hers plumbing out for your excellent service and results!
Andrew L.A horrible experience. Our issue was mainline water service to our house. They insisted (insisted!) that the repair would take two people half a day and require removing a slab of concrete. I questioned this several times and was assured that no other solution was available. They assured me that the guy who made the assessment was experienced and qualified. Over two weeks later they show up and decide that all it would need is a replacement section of PVC piping over the broken pipe. They guaranteed that they would call me when they arrived on-site to do the work (at my request). I find out they not only showed up and did the work without calling me, but that the work took a little over an hour and involved none of the methods they were so insisted on needing. They then left WITHOUT CALLING ME after they finished. The kicker here is that when I asked to see the invoice, it appears they may have billed our insurance company for the original estimate of two people working an eight hour day and ripping up a concrete slab (much more $$ for them that way) rather than the simplified work that was performed. It wouldn't surprise me at all if this happened given their MO of saying anything to keep from losing the business.
