TERRIBLE!! I was selling my house and it needed a new hot water heater. Waited 3 WEEKS to have a hot water heater replaced...and THEY NEVER REPLACED IT!! I had to cancel it and just found a local plumber to do the job. The supervisor at the Atlanta office, Eric, should be FIRED IMMEDIATELY! He was rude and just to be an a**hole, he scheduled me an appointment for my HWH to be delivered, knowing damn well they hadn't even received the unit yet. He just wanted to get off the phone with me. I had to push back my closing date, causing me to have to make yet another mortgage payment! DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!! SCAM!!! ZERO STARS!!

I had a horrible experience. I had a plumber come by my house and charge me $100.00 just to tell me I need another part. He came back with the wrong part and told us me we neede to wait for the right part and they needed approval for my home owners insurance to put the part on the water heater. This process took 3 weeks. So that means 3 weeks without hot water. I finally had to go with another plumber and get the water heater fixed.

We experienced a water leak in our front yard. The water company came and took a look at it and said it was a main water leak on the homeowner side. We then called our warranty company and was contacted by Hers and His plumbing. One of their guys came out and told us it was roots around our sprinkler system. He said he could fix it, but warranty won't cover it. We needed to pay out of pocket. He stopped the leak, but now our sprinkler system won't work. It was working fine even with the leak, but we were already wasting too much water with the leak, so we stopped running sprinkler once we noticed the water leak in yard. Hers and his sent the guy back after we called and explained sprinkler wasn't working anymore. Guy came out and couldn't fix what he had broken. We then called irrigation company and this guy told us the leak was NOT from sprinkler system and it was in fact main water line. He could see the work the plumber did and the damage he caused. We called Hers and His and told them our irrigation issues and asked could we be compensated for this expense since their guy caused it. We have asked to speak with a manager and it has been a week and still no call back. We feel like we are being given the run around. For anyone needing plumbing repairs, we do not recommend this company. The young guy did try to correct the issue, but once he saw that he could not fix it he should have been honest and helped us rectify the issue with Hers and His plumbing. Very disappointed in them. Our yard was also left a total mess. He didn't even level out the dirt when finished.

I've used this company in the past (referred by my home warranty company) the service was good but days later I noticed the leak hadn't been fix. So my warranty company called them again to schedule an appointment. HS Plumbing ended up rescheduling/changing my appointment to a week day. They were supposed to arrive in the morning (3 hour window) and didn't arrive until 7pm! Throughout the day I HAD TO CALL them on numerous occasions to get an ETA. Every time I called, I was told the plumber will be there in an hour. Then an hour would pass, still no plumber and I would have to call back. They were apologetic but the plumbers were not. I had to to take off from work, only to spend the day waiting, when I could have gone to work. My time/day was completely monopolized by these people, nothing was fixed. The least they could've done was offer a discount/credit for a service.

Stay away from this company!! I contacted my Home Warranty in regards to a leak. They sent out His and Hers Company. Let's say after the technician left my home, he had already referred me to another company for services of Mold Remediation. Little did the tech know I had already taken photos of the property and where the leak was possibly located. However, he submitted a report to me after requesting it several times stating that my house was covered in mold and he wasn't able to inspect the property, which was far from the truth so he referred the services out. Of course, after doing some research about both companies, it seems that they are receiving kickbacks for referrals. So, I went ahead and requested an inspector to come out and inspect the property, and what turned up was nothing but a leak. NOT MOLD ANYWHERE. Just a suggestion, research any company on the BBB or any reputable site before you schedule with them. It will save you a headache.

Claim #: 1684808 Preferred Vendor: Hers & His Plumbing, LLC Phone Number: 770-738-0000 ================================== My email to Home Warranty of America, Inc. 7/7/16 I put in a claim on a garbage disposal which was not working. I was given the above info on the firm that was to make the repairs. On July 4th I had a message left on my phone from the 770 738 0000 number. I promptly called back but got a recording saying that the firm did not accept incoming calls from blocked numbers. I borrowed a phone and called only to get their answer machine. I told them that customers did not appreciate having their incoming calls blocked for nonsense. I did not get any other call from them, a few minutes ago I again called their number and they are still blocking incoming calls that do not show up on their caller ID. This is a totally worthless company and I don't have any idea why you would refer your customers to them, they are a total waste of time. Send me info on a decent firm that has not got its head up its rear end. I want to get this garbage disposal fixed a.s.a.p.

Leaving 1 star because I can't leave 0. My home warranty company sent His and Hers Plumbing to my home to clear a stoppage/toilet overflow. There were 2 men, per our discussion, one was training and one was only a plumber for a year. They replaced the wax seal with the wrong kind as per my second opinion. Admitted they made it worse. We were having to tell them how to use the only tool they brought. A snake you can buy at home Depot as I have the same one. They literally said we can't fix this, we don't know how. Then proceeded to tell my home warranty company that they snaked to 100ft and it was not normal wear and tear and was due to excessive wiping and tampon usage. Now I've had a hysterectomy and my children use pads. We only use Scott toilet paper AND that half bath has not been used on a regular basis. Therefore I was denied coverage from my home warranty company and was shocked at their service as they left the half bath a mess as well. Don't recommend.

Great customer service and very professional! They arrived on time to troubleshoot and replace my garbage disposal. One of the gentlemen was a local veteran neighborhood superstar plumber to the Lilburn/Snellville area that I had do work for me in the past so when I saw him show up with a new company I knew what type of service I would receive before they entered my door! Check His and Hers plumbing out for your excellent service and results!

They came to fix a leak in my shower and ended up causing a bigger leak in the wall - they could not, or would not fix the issue - I finally called our handyman who found the issue (that they swore blind it was not) - he fixed it - but not before I had water pouring through my kitchen ceiling - If I had listened to the plumber they sent - I would have filed a claim with my home owners insurance for a problem that did not exist.
