Don't do it, one of their guys came out over a week ago. They didn't submit any paperwork and 5hen went on vacation and here we are in the same place with no resolution.

If I could give zero stars i would. They came out to my mothers house 5 times. Charged us every time. Said they couldn't snake the toilet because they would have to get on the roof. Finally had enough and called a plumber on my own not associated with the home warranty. They snaked the toilet, got the lego out and collected their money. I have never had such rude and unprofessional service.

Absolute Horrible experience in every way. I would give zero stars were it possible.

We were told different things by two different technicians from Hers and His. The original costs and repairs were not honored even after speaking with a supervisor. The second technician said nothing was wrong with our system and that the problem we were having """"shouldn't"""" be happening, but there is no mechanical error. Our hot water heater is 25 years old and does not heat. It clearly needs to be repaired or replaced, but he left without doing anything. He """"didn't have time"""". He refused to speak with our home warranty company who had already authorized a new hot water heater based on the first diagnosis. He then spoke with the warranty company after leaving our home and recommended that our warranty Not cover the cost of a new hot water heater. Ultimately, the supervisor recommended we get another diagnosis from a different company because what the second technician said did not make sense them either. Also, we were given a 10am-1pm time window which we took off work to be home, and the technician arrived after 2pm. The technician and time frame were changed. The technician showed up unprepared without any of the materials necessary to make the already established repairs that would be needed. I do NOT recommend this company. By the way, we have been dealing with this company since April, it's July with still no resolution but to find someone else.
