[Technician, Service] The installation was very clean and well done, but we had a problem a few days afterwards, when all we could get was warm water. The installer returned; thought he had fixed it, but hadn't. Another technician came, but he did not fix the problem either. Finally, it is fixed. Everything is OK now. The problem was unusual, caused by a long past previous installation not noticed by the installer and the other technician, but figured out by Ed, their manager, when he came to investigate. He did an excellent job correcting it at no cost and apologized for the inconvenience. He said he would use this situation to further train his technicians who apparently weren't familiar with a situation like this.

Dennis L. did great work on my multiple plumbing issues. They are prompt, clean, and fast. Upon his advise I'd had my septic tank pumped out prior to his repair work. What we didn't know was that some of the residual septic waste had backed up in the main line, blocking it. Al came today, and ran a power auger through the house to septic waste line. 6 stars for His and Her Plumbing. I have Duke Energy's home protection agreement When I noticed that my 16 year old hot water tank had a small leak, I contacted Duke Energy to determine next steps. They referred me to His and Her Plumbing. Making the appointment was a streamline process, the Plumber called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was right on time! The service was tremendous and the plumber was a young, astute professional. It's important to market companies on line and with social media. His and Her plumbing appears to put a strong focus on the people that work with them and represent their brand. Kudos

They come when they say they will, do the work they said they would and did it well. Their technician Ed V is the person I have dealt with on a couple of occasions. He is very professional and courteous and knows his job well... I would recommend this company.

Profound incompetence. I called yesterday to schedule an urgent appointment as water is leaking from a pipe and free flowing into my front yard. We made an appointment for today between 12 and 3. I made an appointment request online and over the phone. The secretary wrote my number down wrong and I sat here waiting for the plumber, who never came. Now they're telling me that they can't come until Sunday, it's Friday, and water has been gushing for more than 24 hours. This is ridiculous.

Company was out 6 months ago o fix hot water tank I questioned the rust running down the side and wet marks on floor. Daniel said it was fine and just condensation. In August the tank was gushing water everywhere. Different guy came out and because I had home warranty they couldn't do anything until they got approval from warranty company. Second guy never sent in report was to what was wrong with tank. Was lied to not once but twice as to why they didn't show up. Ended up paying out of pocket so I could have Hot water. I would stay away from this company.
