This company is in bed with the home warranty that we have with our new home. They came out and looked at the problem and within two minutes were gone. We found the leak on our own. We are now out 100.00 dollars. This company is ripping people off left and right! Read the other reviews. Don't let them in your home.

Total scam plumbing company. If you're an AHS customer, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. In fact, I highly suggest you also steer clear of AHS altogether. However, if you still choose to do business with Hers & His Plumbing, please know you are taking that risk. Please note that this is the first negative review I have ever left a company.

From the initial call to completion of project this was an extremely favorable experience. The office personnel were pleasant & helpful; the Service Technician (Dante) was outstanding. We're well pleased with our new water heater & would contact this company again for service.

This company was sent by A.H.S. The tech whom did not even had the right tools,right away asked for $425 to replace faucet,when I said warranty will pay for, took out ours which had a sprayer,came back with a USED FAUCET See pictures as well hole left because no sprayer also ask me to call him because he does job on the side because company do not pay anything Said been a plumber for 4yrs I have called many times but as all cheap, non reliable companies NO ONE ANSWER.. Off course A.H.S. does not respond either

Profound incompetence. I called yesterday to schedule an urgent appointment as water is leaking from a pipe and free flowing into my front yard. We made an appointment for today between 12 and 3. I made an appointment request online and over the phone. The secretary wrote my number down wrong and I sat here waiting for the plumber, who never came. Now they're telling me that they can't come until Sunday, it's Friday, and water has been gushing for more than 24 hours. This is ridiculous.

I came to be a HERSANDHISPLUMBING customer via my HomeServe plumbing warranty. I have actually used them several times for different issues. They come when they say they will, do the work they said they would and did it well. Their technician Ed V is the person I have dealt with on a couple of occasions. He is very professional and courteous and knows his job well... I would recommend this company.

Company was out 6 months ago o fix hot water tank I questioned the rust running down the side and wet marks on floor. Daniel said it was fine and just condensation. In August the tank was gushing water everywhere. Different guy came out and because I had home warranty they couldn't do anything until they got approval from warranty company. Second guy never sent in report was to what was wrong with tank. Was lied to not once but twice as to why they didn't show up. Ended up paying out of pocket so I could have Hot water. I would stay away from this company.

Did our water heater replacement through Duke warranty. Great experience. Prompt service. Kept me up to date on arrival & who was coming. They did a fantastic job!! Very pleased.

6 stars for His and Her Plumbing. I have Duke Energy's home protection agreement When I noticed that my 16 year old hot water tank had a small leak, I contacted Duke Energy to determine next steps. They referred me to His and Her Plumbing. Making the appointment was a streamline process, the Plumber called 30 minutes prior to his arrival. He was right on time! The service was tremendous and the plumber was a young, astute professional. It's important to market companies on line and with social media. His and Her plumbing appears to put a strong focus on the people that work with them and represent their brand. Kudos
