After reading other reviews I was a bit worried but I can tell you that His and Hers did a great job! Service department was friendly and got us scheduled right away. Our technician Zach was great! Very professional and identified the issue with our garbage disposal quickly, explained what was going on and then solved the issue and all now running great again. He also looked at an issue with our shower and was extremely honest and said that we did not need to do anything but run the shower (our guest bathroom) every once in a while if it is not being used which seals the pea trap and prevents any smells. Zach was great and honest and I would definitely use them again in the future.

This company was sent by A.H.S. The tech whom did not even had the right tools,right away asked for $425 to replace faucet,when I said warranty will pay for, took out ours which had a sprayer,came back with a USED FAUCET See pictures as well hole left because no sprayer also ask me to call him because he does job on the side because company do not pay anything Said been a plumber for 4yrs I have called many times but as all cheap, non reliable companies NO ONE ANSWER.. Off course A.H.S. does not respond either

This company was dispatched to our home form American Home Shield to replace a hot water heater. It took us over 3 weeks of asking to get an invoice of the work that was performed. Once we FINALLY received it, we noticed a charge of $250 for an expansion tank that was the exact same expansion tank that was on my old previous unit. I've reached out to them for an explanation of the charges several times and they kept telling me that they had to send an email to the technician for clarification and that it could take up to 24-48hrs for a response. After that time had passed and no follow-up, I again reached out and they told me the same thing. I reminded them that they told me that the first three times to still no avail. After about the 5th time, they told me that the technician was """"out of the country""""! Are you SERIOUS?? After reaching back out to them after 10 days of that excuse, they informed me that the technician is no longer with the company! This SCREAMS scam work. They charged us for things and work that wasn't completed and is now giving us the run around and excuses in hopes that we'll let it go. I've been told several times by a representative at Hers and His Plumbing that a manager would contact me for an explanation...it's been a month now without ANY follow-up from them. Please stay far away from this company. I'd rather pay more for better and honest service. BEWARE -- YOU'VE BEEN WARNED!!!

Jake was wonderful. As has been my experience with the trades, it often takes a bit of time to sort things out and have a job done right, but its is worth waiting to be sure no shortcuts are taken. The biggest delay was with AHS(American Home Shield). Jake was professional, communicable, reliable, persistent, and personable. Highly recommended! Best Regards

Total scam plumbing company. If you're an AHS customer, I strongly recommend staying far away from this company. In fact, I highly suggest you also steer clear of AHS altogether. However, if you still choose to do business with Hers & His Plumbing, please know you are taking that risk. Please note that this is the first negative review I have ever left a company.

Did our water heater replacement through Duke warranty. Great experience. Prompt service. Kept me up to date on arrival & who was coming. They did a fantastic job!! Very pleased.

From the initial call to completion of project this was an extremely favorable experience. The office personnel were pleasant & helpful; the Service Technician (Dante) was outstanding. We're well pleased with our new water heater & would contact this company again for service.

Main bathroom toilet had slow leak. Blake came and replaced all interior fixtures with better than we had. Work was quick, terrific explanation and he was very personable. Good price

[Technician, Service] The installation was very clean and well done, but we had a problem a few days afterwards, when all we could get was warm water. The installer returned; thought he had fixed it, but hadn't. Another technician came, but he did not fix the problem either. Finally, it is fixed. Everything is OK now. The problem was unusual, caused by a long past previous installation not noticed by the installer and the other technician, but figured out by Ed, their manager, when he came to investigate. He did an excellent job correcting it at no cost and apologized for the inconvenience. He said he would use this situation to further train his technicians who apparently weren't familiar with a situation like this.
