Unprofessional, failed to show up after I waited for 2 weeks after making the appointment and then had the audacity to tell me the plumber had trouble with a hot water heater on the appointment prior to mine. Is that my problem? Do you only have 1 plumber working? Not to mention I missed a full day of work waiting on them, and the area under my sink is still being damaged because of these jack legs.

Terrible. My kitchen sink was not draining, so they sent out a tech that snaked it. It didn't help, so he said it must be a septic or vent pipe issue. He didn't look at any pipes in my house at all. I paid a septic company to come out the next day, who verified it was neither. Called this company back and the woman who """"helped me"""" was sassy, rude, and unhelpful. I would NEVER allow a technician from this company in my home, and wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

Dang sure can't drive, i drive semi trucks and one their guys just pulled out in from of me. If their service is as bad as their driving i wouldn't recommend them either!!

This company was referred to me by my homeowners. A man came out for a leak in the yard. It took him almost 8 days to complete, causing a huge water bill, a torn up yard and he used my tools taken from my garage. The job was terrible. An adjuster came out and agreed. He signed with my contractor for $250 to fix the sheetrock and paint the wall. His boss then changed his mind and told him no, leaving me with the mess and financial responsibilities. He cancelled with my contractor after agreeing. Poor and shoddy business. Continual fight to get a right done and it never was. Poor management.

Avoid lat all costs, all negative reviews of this company are completely accurate. Was rescheduled twice due to """"more important customers"""". Once Casey finally showed up he was completely prepared for the job. After 15 minutes he left for an hour to get supplies. Upon return he stated the job will need to be rescheduled for a """"more important"""" customer. After 35 minutes of struggling and swearing just to replace a leaky toilet gasket he said he needed something from his van. He drove off and never returned, leaving the job unfinished. This company should not be in business.

Very poor service. Would not recommend to anyone I liked. I paid a deductible through my warranty to have them come out, but they didn't do anything. Took forever for them to schedule coming back out and that never happened. With an active leak in the house I was forced to hire another plumber to come out to stop the leak. Very frustrating working with these people. I'll never have them in my house again.
