Today we had an emergency plumbing situation in our home, I called around using my phone internet services and no luck. Then thank God I called Herrera Plumbing!! The voice on the other end was so nice and pleasan!! Ernest Herrera was at our home wishing the hour and did a wonderful job!! His pricing and quality of work were outstanding!! I would recommend Herrera Plumbing to all my friends and family!!

This morning, the plumbing company I called last week for an appointment, a company we have trusted for many, many years, by the way, came to install a hot water dispenser and a shower head. Both items were waiting on the kitchen counter - the old hot water dispenser stopped heating and the shower head was to replace a standard one with a hand-held one. Nothing was broken - nothing was leaking. The gentleman said it would cost over $800 - the estimate set forth by using the chart issued by the national corporation who now owns the plumbing company - and it could not be negotiated. Holy moley! I thanked him, gave him the $89.00 service call charge and said "see ya". I then went to YELP and looked for a local plumber. I found "Herrera Plumbing Services", read the good reviews and called. I spoke with Ernest Herrera. He gave me an estimate for the work I described over the phone and, after I picked myself up off the floor from relief, I asked how soon he could get to us. He said "this afternoon". He arrived like a hero rescuing a senior citizen from a horrible fate. He installed the Insinkerator, replaced the shower head, discussed future work we may need and accepted a cookie and some water along with his payment of the EXACT AMOUNT he had estimated on the phone. Fast, professional, very nice and reasonable - where has this guy been all my life? I requested some of his business cards for all the folks I know who have been calling high profile plumbing companies and getting played for suckers. Mr. Herrera is the real deal - a nice man, a good plumber and a man of his word.

Ernest and Daniel are very professional and very attentive to their profession. Thanks to them I was able to figure out the reason why there was a leak in my second floor restroom that ruined the ceiling at my Airbnb. Ernest was able to diagnose that the leak wasn't coming from the plumbing but from the gap between the faucet and the wall and the gap in the flooring. I was glad he helped me save a lot of money with his honesty and knowledge. I will definitely contact them if anything else comes up. Thank you for helping me out of a headache.

Daniel was amazing! I had two old drain lines that were not up to code, and kept giving me issues for months. Daniel knew exactly how to fix it! He was very reasonable and extremely knowledgeable. Definitely recommend.

Very honest and dependable. I've called them twice and both times they were very punctual and quick. First time they repaired a leak and replaced my kitchen sink p trap and garbage disposal. I have not had any issues since then. That was last year. This time I had a clog and they came out and cleared it very quickly. I will always call them if I need them. Thanks Ernest.

Waited all weekend for another Mesquite company to come out. They not only didn't show but didn't return our calls. We found Herrera on Home Advisor called him. He came when he said he would, charged what he quoted. Did a massive clean out job cleaned up afterwards. He even put a screw back on the back door handle.

I will not be using any other plumbing company
