Our water heater was going out in a house we just moved into, the guy was short and very rude and said that insurance wouldn't cover it due to no maintenance being done; also said that since we had hot water that it was fine. We had our insurance send us to a different local plumbing company and they covered it and got the job done.

Nice, honest folk. Don't be swayed by the disaster cleanup they work with. Heroes let us know the way that we could handle the issue for less money so we did not have to file a claim.

The team at Hero went above and beyond expectation. they were timely and found the problem. They could have not repaired due to water in the crawl space.. but instead waded through the water and found the leak. They also immediately called the remediation company for me and had them there within the hour. Costumer service way beyond my expectation. True professionals on every level. The technicians from Heros were dispatched by my home warranty service. They arrived without masks, unclogged our drain, and then left with a horribly racist comment. I am actively telling all my friends and family to never use their service. They might be good plumbers, but both of the above listed items are unprofessional and and do not reflect well on their service.

George and Walter are the absolute best I have ever worked with - they're kind, timely and patient - they take the time to explain systems in great detail (I always end up with a ton of notes!) always looking toward preventing larger issues before they arise. I'd recommend them to anyone!

Stay away from this service at all costs!!

We had a leak and George was dispatched through our home warranty. Our carpet was wet to the touch, George turned in the sink and couldn't find the source of water and wanted to leave rather than find the leak. It felt like he wanted to get out of our house from the start and I wish we would have let him go.

We asked him to stay and to try and find the leak and recommended we get a clean out valve removed (really bad advice, now we don't have an easy way to clean out any backup from the sink).

My husband called our uncle and through his advice found the leak and showed it to George.

George then maliciously reported to our home warranty company that this was most definitely pre-existing and reported on casual conversations we had with him of unvalidated information which caused the home warranty company decline our claim.

It appears based on our experience that George is most certainly not looking out for the customers best interests and trying to rush through jobs rather than take his time to find the root cause of an issue.

George was sent by our home warranty company. They misclassifed our problem but George's wife was able to write the correct prom pen so he knew what he was coming into. They called before they headed over which I appreciated. George called our warranty the solidify that our issue wasn't covered and let me know the price he charges which was reasonable. He did the work, had me check it, and held a great conversation. He was professional, respectful, kind and personable. Great experience.

Absolutely top notch company. They were sent to our home via our home warranty protection plan. They were so amazing at taking care of our warranty issue, that we hired them to take care of some other issues in our home.

I have absolute faith in the excellent service they provide and would trust any suggestion that they would make. I simply can't believe you can go wrong by hiring Heros plumbing!

I called George at Heros Plumbing because I could not get any other plumber to come out as they were all busy. George came out and gave me a bid on fixing a bathroom sink plumbing and installing a brand new shower head and plumbing. That was great. He did a great job. But then I had him give me a bid on removing an old water heater and installing a new one (I purchased the water heater and provided it to him to install). The water heater was the same size and really did not need much. He did put in new connectors on top. I was charged $1700. I fell through the roof. I put a stop on my check because I was told by numerous people (including other plumbers) that I was ripped off. After numerous threats by him threatening to put a lien on my house, I obtained legal counsel. After some time went by, we decided on an amount of $1100 and calling it good. I still over paid, but figure it was a lesson learned. Moral to this story......get 3 bids!! ALWAYS!
