Called them said they would get right on it. 2 days later I located my own issue dug my own points for connection. They got permits and put a temp line in. 6 weeks later still waiting on permanent line. Temp line froze and busted. Barrowed equipment from a friend and put my own line in. In the end they charged me $1000 for 30 minutes of their own time, $75 bucks worth of parts, and $50 for permit. Which they later pulled the permit from the city. 2 months later I covered my holes. They are incompetent, untrustworthy, and dishonest.by far the worst sub I have ever hired.

Friendly customer service that's honest and fair. Veteran owned and operated. They were on time and honest about the repairs needed. Prices were extremely fair.

When you have a plumbing issue, time is of the essence, promptness saves the day. As their name implies Heroes plumbing came to the rescue. Jonathan was professional and courteous. Our situation was handled quickly and it wasn't cost prohibitive. I have used Heroes Plumbing for a couple of different jobs and they are the go-to plumbing company my son uses for his business. I would definitely recommend them.

Had some work done for my daughter as I was passing through town. Their price was nearly twice as much as another company, but they said they could come out quickly to do an installation. Within minutes after he left, I noticed a leak under the sink. When I called him, he said he was on his way to another job. He said they stand by their work, but he didn't know when he would be back. Not very happy right now.

I cannot say enough great things about these guys. I was unfortunate to come home one day to a kitchen with pools of water all over my house, I quickly remembered these guys for their bright red trucks and incentive for a veteran discount. Contacted Heroes and John was prompt and responsive to come out and diagnose the issue. He cleared the line and ran some agreed on tests and found a significant issue that required repair. John and Robert promptly drafted up a quote for repair and set the job in motion to coordinate a repair. On the day of repair, John was prompt to my home and worked tirelessly in the summer heat to identify and resolve the discovered plumbing issues. I am beyond thankful for everything Heroes has done for me and my family, they went above and beyond all expectations and they have earned a customer for life.
