Daniel Hutson at Heroes is definitely the best plumber I've come across in years of attempting to get several projects done from the Montrose area pool of availables including five companies and fifteen plumbers. He's clearly knowledgeable, honest, informative, and not manipulative. No List Price gouging and inflated ego without the skill to back it up. If a problem arises, he takes care of it if it's his responsibility and sometimes even if it isn't. Everything is planned out meticulously with a mind capable of juggling the technical calculations as well as keeping the customer informed of exactly what is going on, not some vague obfuscation to mislead. If he says he's coming back, he does it when he says he will, and the project gets finished. No snooty attitude about dealing with Norwood and not being willing to even come here. Excellent customer service. Thanks, Mr. Hutson. You earn the respect others want before they even do anything.

Heroes provided very quick response and excellent service. Kyle was asked to repair the air eliminator and the temperature/pressure relief valve for the boiler as well as do a thorough inspection of our boiler. Problems were found with several of the exterior valves and tank and I agreed completely that they needed to be replaced. Kyle had to drive from Ridgway to Montrose to obtain some of the parts but was able to return and finish the job the same day. I have no problem with the labor and transportation charges but believe the parts prices are somewhat inflated. I did a search on the internet for identical parts and picked the most expensive prices. With tax and shipping I came up with $395.87. Heroes charged me $522.50. I would have given 5 stars if the parts prices had been more reasonable. It's possible that the local plumbing suppliers are inflating their prices but I'm still taking a star off my rating.

We had Heroes install our heating system, reverse osmosis, water softener and combination boiler/water heather. We could not be more pleased with Dan and Kyle professionalism and expertise. The baseboards heathers and toe kick heather were perfectly sized and installed.

He showed up on time when scheduled and got to work right away. He also cleaned up as he worked! We are extremely pleased with the outcome and recommend him highly. We both agree that he is one of the best subcontractors we've ever hired.

Heroes Heating, Cooling, & Plumbing was the best service contractor I have experienced on the Western Slope. Daniel is professional, on time, and honest. They provided superior value and fair pricing. I couldn't believe it when we got a phone call that he was on the way and showed up early! I had several concerns and I was provided options for me to choose! I was advised what was necessary to repair, what could wait, and what could be done to improve the efficiency of my heating system. Don't hesitate to call because you will be pleasantly surprised!
