Matt at Hero Plumbing is a true hero. We have had two plumbers ghost us, but Matt came through like a champ. We are doing renovations to our bathroom and needed a tub faucet valve replaced. He came on time and as quoted and did excellent work. Then we had an emergency with the tub drain, and he helped us out with that. We will definitely use Matt again.

We had an issue with our shower not working. Matthew was very responsive. He showed up within the window of arrival and assessed the situation. He explained the issue and was able to fix it pretty quickly. I can tell that customer service and costumer education is important to him because he was very helpful throughout the process and made sure everything worked.

We recently discovered that one of our outdoor spigot had failed and caused us to have a leak that went unnoticed. Luckily for us Denver water noticed the jump in usage and came out to reread the meter. We found the leak and called Hero Plumbing for help. Matthew managed to squeeze us in the next day and even came earlier then expected. Hero Plumbing completed all the repairs and cleaned up after themselves.

I would have no hesitation recommending them and will gladly use them for all my future plumbing needs.

Matt at Hero Plumbing and Drain was amazing. We had him come out to a property we just bought to do some work that showed up on our inspection.

Matt was very responsive through yelp and had availability when we needed it.

He also was extremely honest and educational. He taught us a lot and even said that he didn't recommend some of the services the inspector found because he didn't think we needed them and didn't want us to spend money on things we didn't need done. He took his time and even picked us up some leak alarms at Home Depot.

Next time we need a plumber we will be calling Matt again.

This company did a fantastic job today at our house. We suddenly had our old gas water heater break and were without hot water. Needed to replace with electric water heater. Matthew responded within minutes, on a Sunday. He got the job done the next day, and was an absolute pleasure to work with. Communicated with
electrician that we had to hire in addition, landlord, and us seamlessly. They came with 2 people, had our new electric water heater with them, brought it in carefully, were very knowledgeable, explained everything very well, they were polite, clean, and fast. The pricing was fair and honest. Great cooperation with electrician. Everything was done within a few hours the same day.
I can't recommend this company enough. 10 stars. Go with them. We are so happy with our new system.
