Immediate response! Both my restrooms and tubs were out of commission and I couldn't wait for my insurance emergency people to respond called Hero Home and they got me booked right away. Even arrived sooner than expected. Joel asked what the issue was and while I answered the door, had already checked my main line. This was so quick and thorough I had him work on 2 other clogged drains in the house.

Awesome personality, great service and very affordable. I'd definitely recommend!

Service came out and scoped our line. Wanted more than we were told upon arrival but we worked that out. They scoped our sewer line and said it went out the front of the house. Well later found out it goes out to the back. They Never offered video of the scoping which subsequent plumbers doing the repairs asked for. Also had difficulty tracking down this company again as there name and company colors are very similar to a national competitor.

Oh my goodness, where do I start? We came down to Sun City to visit my Mom-n-law for spring break. That day, we had a overflow in both bathrooms from the toilets. We had water that had ran into the hall from the guest bathroom into both guest rooms and the main bedroom. My mother in law searched the phone book looking for a plumber and ran across ""Hero"". She needed a Hero, so called them and before you know it we had a technician onsite, Cesar. Seeing the issue, he called in support to have the standing water removed and begin drying the carpet and remove the wet drywall. Cesar, Joel, Neal and multiple other outstanding technicians spent the week identifying the problem, sharing options and ended up repairing/replacing the complete drain line. We had multiple pipe failures. Each step of the way had visual inspections in the pipe so we knew the issues. I need to give a huge ""shout out"" to Cesar. He insured my mother in law was always informed of the process, the next plan etc. Joel was also one of our Hero's. If I lived in the Phoenix area, I wouldn't hesitate to call this company. The work was extensive, but I cannot say enough of the professionalism of our repair team. We had 5 holes through the concrete slab indoors and one exterior one. The job was completed prior to what we where told. I cannot say enough about ""Hero Home Services""

I'll start by saying, when we used this company we were in a rush to have our plumbing fixed ASAP, my baby was 2 years old and our shower was backing up along with our toilet in the main bathroom. We called Hero for some help and after trying to find a clog and clear it out they couldn't and suggested we get all new sewage pipes from the house to the ""city plumbing waste line"". Well after all the work was done and $10k was paid we still had issues with our main toilet, we called them and they said they didn't know ""the exposed"" pipe was supposed to be connected to everything else and so the waste from the sewage was just getting dumped out into our backyard essentially. But we hadn't noticed because when they finished they just covered everything up with the dirt. After they came back and exposed the pipe they didn't reconnect they quoted us another $3k to do the work. As far as this company goes, I will never recommend them to anybody but unfortunately since I paid the amount I did if anything else fails I'll have to call them to fix it.

we've been having plumming issues for several years. called hero home service & they came out & fixed the problem asap. it took a few days of major work, but we finally have free flowing pipes without any backup in our sinks. all of the employees are very polite & friendly. the cost was significantly less than other plumming companies. i've had to call them back for other problems unrelated & they came immediately. i would definitely recommend hero home services to anyone! they not only did an excellent job fixing pipes, but they do an excellent job protecting the flooring, furniture & bathroom . they clean everything up afterwards.

I did a quick search on google and found Hero Home Services, read the reviews and called. Same day availability, staff was great & very professional. Ryan showed up took care of the problem and still arrange to come out the next day with a concern I addressed, they ran a camera to make sure this issue does not continue to happen and a peace of mind.
I really do recommend for any plumbing issues! Great staff! Call Hero Home Services. I was pleased with service and price.

I own an apartment complex In downtown Phoenix. Hero home services are my go to guys! I have used their services over a half dozen times.

I have had different plumbers from Hero and they've all done a great job. One plumber who I've had numerous times is named John and he's fabulous.

Their prices are great! Their Service is great!

The low star ratings here are from people that needed extensive plumbing repairs. Come on people....Don't shoot the messenger! I hate a big plumbing bill just the same as the next guy. (do you give a bad rating to your mechanic when you have to pay a lot to replace your transmission?). These guys charge appropriately for their time.

Also please note: They don't fix drywall, wood, etc. they are plumbers after all! You need to hire separate contractors to repair any damage done by plumbing problems, or any reconstruction needed due to accessing pipes. This is just standard practice! Anyone who thinks otherwise is just ignorant.
