Jeremiah came over at about 10:00 on a Wednesday morning; he had some excuse for not performing the repair that day and said he would return Friday morning at the same time. I messaged him after 7:00 on the Thursday night before his scheduled return. I received a message about a half hour later that he was in a sling and couldn't make it the next morning. This left me trying to find another plumber after 7:30 that night. I understand that injuries occur, but the customer needs to be notified in a timely manner so other arrangements can be made.
