One of their people came out to give us an estimate on a home plumbing job, one that might have cost $2000 or more. He was a very pleasant person and obviously knows his business. He promised to have an estimate for me the next day. After 5 days, I called the office and they said they would get the estimate taken care of. It has now been 8 days and I have heard nothing. For that reason, I will probably never know how I might have rated the completed job and their work.

After being told that someone from Herndon would be out to my house that very day, I waited all day and was constantly told that someone would be there within the hour. After waiting about 5 full days I finally called them and told them not to bother coming out to my house. At that point I was told that someone would be right over, and you would think they would since Herndon is my neighbor, but still, no one came. I don't recommend this company. They're slow to respond to you, and don't even show up the week they say they will.

They came out on a Sunday to fix my water heater and didn't charge me an arm and a leg. Thanks Danny
