Extremely satisfied with Hernandez Plumbing I called after hours spoke to a gentleman Marlon was able to help me out and sent someone out and he kept me on the phone and guided me on how to stop the water leak. I am a doctor.I don't know anything about plumber. After seeing all the excellent reviews for this company, I decided to give them a call. Unfortunately, my experience was very disappointing. I contacted Hernandez to make an appointment for the installation of a tankless gas water heater in a one bedroom apartment. The plumber arrived on time, I showed him the apartment and he quoted me $2,100. After we left the unit, I walked with him to his vehicle and we talked further. I asked him how soon he could begin, if I wanted to proceed with the work. When he got to his van, he called his office to speak to someone regarding the job. Now, the strange part.... Prior to leaving, he said someone named Marlon would call me within the hour. About two hours later, having not heard from anyone, I texted this individual to inform him that nobody called me. Several minutes later, he texted me back and said that he could start tomorrow and it'll be $2,900. Seriously? Did he really think I'd agree to pay $800 more than his initial quote? Clearly, I was very surprised at this significant increase in price, particularly since he didn't bother to call me to discuss it. Needless to say, I did not hire Hernandez to perform the work. Given all the good reviews, it makes me really wonder if the other reviews are real? Did the plumber who quoted me not know what he was doing? Did his boss feel he wasn't making enough money only charging $2,100? I don't know. But, given that this job takes about 4 hours to complete and the water heater costs $800 max, Hernandez would've made $1,300 less what he pays the plumber for the day (probably $300). Guess $1,000 profit isn't enough. Why be a pig, when you can be a greedy, filthy hog !!!

What an awesome job this company did for us.. Early this afternoon water was spewing everywhere from my guest bathroom and into our rooms. Hubby immediately turned off the main water line and we literally didn't know who to call... Pulled out my phone and signed onto YELP!!! And WALA Hernandez Plumbing popped up in our area. Within two and half hours Ivan camed to the rescue and Within 45mins he fixed the problem. One of the PVC pipe broke adjacent to the tiolet. So happy with the worked performed and the resonable price charged for the job.. Totally appreciate Hernandez Co. and Thank God they sent Ivan and he save the day for us.. Thank you YELP !DEFINITELY RECOMMEND ESPECIALLY ON EMERGENIES!!

Had a pipe leaking in the kitchen. Called multiple companies and they tried to sell me Work I didn't need. Hernandez Plumbing came over and fixed my issue and were able to fix the problem at a fraction of the price other companies quoted me. They were punctual, professional, and honest! Called for an estimate to connect sewer line, guy answered gave me some run around that I had to get the permits etc, told him I had that then he placed me on hold and never came back, called him three times back and never bothered to pick up the phone, very professional
