Alex you are mistaken. There were not several companies working on my plumbing. There was only one. You attempted to steal nearly $30,000 from me for just laying pipe. I can post your proposal if need be. That's a rip off. There are reviews of your company by others attesting to your exorbitant pricing attempts. Plumbing is not rocket science.

Daniel Navarro great communication. Called me with issues and I was not surprised needed a new tankless water heater. The price was ok and Daniel stated is the best. What surprised he arrived early and did it the same day and I was think one or two days no hot water but no. I was not home my roommate was communicate by phone to me. I will use them again.

I called early in the day as my tankless water heater had suddenly decided to not work after only being used for one year. I was told I would have someone at my house between noon and 2pm the same day. Around 11am I received a text with the name and a picture of the technician that would be coming out. He also called and advised more or less what time he'd be arriving. I have nothing but GREAT things to say, the problem was accessed and unfortunately the unit needed to replaced. I was given various options and within the next hour and a half, I had hot water again. There was no mess left behind all paperwork was done with an iPad and the technician was very professional and courteous. If you have a plumbing need, I highly recommend using them.

An outdoor water spicket wouldn't shut off so I turned off the main water supply to the house and guess what...the main water shut off broke too. I called at 9:30 am and there were at my house 2 hours later. Very professional, good followup. Very pleased with the result and response time.

Christmas Day my toilet decided it wanted to crack the tank in the middle of the night. So my house ended up needing a new toilet. They were able to come out and install the new toilet on Monday. They did a wonderful job putting it in and keeping the area clean
