Emir and Jorge were awesome! They helped me when my water heater was having problems. They came over ASAP, did the job quick and easy, and cleaned up afterwards. I also appreciate how informative they were and really friendly. They also made sure to stick to covid protocols by wearing their masks at all times and making sure everything was clean when they left. I would definitely recommend Hernandez Plumbing 100%, and if you can ask for Emir and Jorge they're the best!

It began one evening when the kitchen sink decided it didn't want to work anymore. After going through some other options I tried calling Hernandez Plumbing after 11pm that same night. I gave up when the call went to voice mail. First thing the next morning Enrique returned the call anyway even though I had hung up before leaving a message. My husband explained the issue and immediately Enrique texted to request pictures. We sent the pictures and within a few minutes had a quote. After accepting the quote we were able to schedule an appointment for the same day. Giovanni and Jorge were professional, efficient and wore masks the entire time. They also were very meticulous about cleaning up and removing all the old parts other debris. The final price matched the quote to the penny. I can't say enough compliments for the way we were taken care of by this company. We were grateful they were able to get the job done the same day we spoke to them. Their customer service is outstanding. I would not hesitate to use them again and would highly recommend them. If I could give 10 stars instead of 5 I would.

Reached out to the company through Yelp when we noted a small leak coming through our first floor. I received a response very quickly the same day and set up an appointment for next day. They followed up with a call the next morning letting me know they were on the way and even showed up earlier than expected which was great. Emir and Jorge were very friendly and explained the process throughly. I really liked that they took the time to cover our furniture and belongings and even cleaned up after themselves once they left which was much appreciated especially with having little ones in the house. The leak was fixed and is one lthing to worry in the house. The work was clean and very professional. Still have some follow up work to be finished but so far working with this company has been a pleasure and will be reaching out for any future projects or issues.

Emir and Jorge did a great job today replacing our water heater. They wore masks, explained their work and were very courteous. Took the initiative to reinforce the platform below the water heater to ensure that it would hold the weight. Left the area clean and sent an electrician to perform a necessary repair. Overall great experience.

We discovered a small leak under one of our kitchen sinks this morning, called Hernandez Plumbing and they were here by 2 PM. And they updated us on their route an hour before arriving. Emir showed, very polite and went straight to work. He was in and out. He discovered the issue quickly and fixed it. Even though the other sink next to it was not having an issue, he wanted to check it just to make sure, which is great. Other plumbers would just look at one issue and not take in account the sink next to it. This is probably the 3rd time I use Hernandez Plumbing and they are honestly great. Respond pretty quickly and everyone is very polite and helpful. Highly recommend.

I had a metal measuring spoon stuck in my garbage disposal and I couldn't get it out. My sink wouldn't drain and the garbage disposal wasn't working. I request a quote from Hernandez Plumbing and they were hands down the most affordable in Miami. Emir called me before arriving to ask me a few questions and to confirm time and place. Once Emir arrived, he laid out plastic bags and put on shoe coverings in order to keep things tidy in my kitchen, which I greatly appreciated. Emir was able to remove the piece of metal that had been lodged in my garbage disposal and fixed the issue right away. I am blown away by the excellent service that this company was able to provide the SAME day I requested it. They were a huge help and I recommend them to anyone in the area.

There are not enough words to express the professionalism and service orientation the whole team at Hernandez Plumming have exhibited. Beginning with Marlon, who conducted an extensive investigation to  diagnose an issue that 2 other plumming companies couldn't agree on. Then the owner, Ralph, came the next day to ensure the diagnosis was correct and it was. Everything that could go wrong with my bathroom occurred prior to consulting with Hernandez Plumming.  Ralph, and his team; Marlon, the Manager, Yunier, the plummer,and Roberto, the tile installer went out of their way and performed a great job. Last but most importantly, Covid precautions were observed throughout by the entire team. If you are still reading, call them; you won't be dissapointed

Emir came to my commercial kitchen to replace our water heater. He was right on time, had his mask on, and practiced social distancing throughout the process. He did a great job with the replacement, and went above and beyond to clean the area well before he left. Great service
