Really great experience with these guys. They were punctual, thorough, and very transparent about the repairs and costs. Fixed the leaky pipe in my bathroom and inspected all the pipes in my apartment free of charge. Would definitely use them again

Absolutely disappointed with their service. They were assigned to me through home warranty and took almost 2 weeks to submit their report.
They reported that the plumbing issues in my home were pre-existing (which is FALSE - these issues were not reported in the home inspection and I had no prior knowledge of these problems). My request for repairs were denied because of their report. On top of that, they took multiple days just to come out to my home in the first place. I would not recommend Hermes Plumbing & Rooting.

I highly recommend Hermes Plumbing. I contacted a few businesses to install a small bathroom vanity. Mike responded immediately. He was on a job but promised to contact me to set up an appointment when he was finished. He later texted to let me know that he was still working and assure me that he would call soon. Great communication. Mike and his partner came out a few days later and did an excellent and professional job installing our bathroom vanity and connecting the pipes and faucet. They cut the baseboard so the vanity would be flush against the wall, secured the vanity to the wall, siliconed the counter and backsplash to the walls. It looks great! Believe all the positive reviews. They are the real deal.

Hermes Plumbing was the plumber assigned to our repair through a home warranty plan. Haik called me quickly after receiving the work order and was easy to schedule. He and his brother came out within 24 hrs and replaced two faucets for us. They wore masks and shoe covers and were very professional. They also cleaned up around the work sites when they were finished. I would definitely use them again and highly recommend.

Hermes is literally the BEST!! I lost a very valuable family ring down my sink drain, and called them in a panic in the middle of the night. They picked up immediately and told me not to lose hope. They were able to come the following afternoon and they rescued my ring!! I am endlessly thankful and they are very very efficient and kind. Thank you guys again!

I had a leaking tap for days and Mike and his coworker came to do the job. They were complete pros, called ahead, were on time, cleaned up after themselves and frankly did an immaculate job. I've used a lot of plumbers in the past and these guys were in a class of their own. Furthermore a secondary issue arose which could not have been spotted after they had left. I called Mike and without hesitation he came back and fixed it the next day. Now that's real customer service! I recommend them without hesitation and will keep their card on my fridge.
