This is our second time using Hermes for our plumbing services (for different issues) and we are once again very impressed and thankful for their help!

Within 10 minutes of reaching out for an estimate on a leaky sink/broken garbage disposal, I had a price and an appointment within the hour.

The guys showed up on time, put on boot covers, and had on masks. They immediately found the issue and stuck to their quote, wrapping up work within 30 minutes.

My 3 year old son (who is obsessed with tools) was super interested in their work and equipment, and the guys were so kind to talk with him about what they were doing and even let him hold an L wrench :)

While we obviously don't love plumbing issues, we are grateful to have found Hermes and will definitely be using their services again and again when we have an issue.

I called today to request someone to check out this gross odor in my bathroom. Anna Av responded quickly to my msg and mentioned they would arrive after 3pm.
Av arrived at 5:30pm and I told him the situation and he quickly proceeded to help me with the musty smell in my sink. Aside from that, Av was very polite and was not rushing to do the job.
I would highly recommend Hermes.

Hermes Plumbing sent a technician late at night to resolve our water and gas leak. The technician was very informative, explaining all the issues and giving us tips for future maintenance, and very personable. He fixed everything. We asked for his card. Hire Mike. My neighbor recommend me this company,best equipment and the best prices.I spend a whole week calling around and getting estimate for sewage line clean out installation .i got some roots problem in my sewer and every time to snake the other companies need to remove my toilet and installed back so I didn't have access to my main line from the outside of my house.I called them, very quick response,came same day and did the job.Mike and his brother worked tirelessly to get it done, explaining everything thoroughly the entire process .Their work clean and efficiently.Mike does what's best for the customer,and he is very friendly person.Highly recommended!

I was stunned by their quick response, I got a call back 2 minutes after reporting my problem , I had a leaked water heater which flooded my garage , it was really an emergency and they were able to come in 20 minutes to stop the leak and start their fix, I loved that they both showed up in masks and were very polite and understanding and handled everything promptly and efficiently .

Mike was able to squeeze me in for a same-day appointment. Not only were they thorough in their inspection, they fixed the clogged laundry pipes quickly, double tested it after and wiped the area down, they even helped me push the laundry and dryer back in place. Prior to leaving they provided me some great tips and advice, and they offered me a discount for the next appointment.
