Founded in 1938 by Al Herman, our goal at Herman Plumbing Co. has always been to deliver outstanding plumbing services to the Grand Island area. In 1971, Bob and John Herman, Al's sons, took the reins of the business and continued to provide the superior plumbing services that the community had grown accustomed to. Today, Bob and John, together with Bob's daughter Erin Harston, run the company and provide services to a broad spectrum of customers.

Heidi M.So I am having a plumbing emergency and she won't call her tech because I live out of town 15 miles. She said well can you shut the water off? Jeez lady no hadn't thought of that, plus it's Saturday no water for 2 days waiting for you.....thanks for nothing.
Benjamin H.I would rate 0 stars, if possible. I wish I would have followed these ratings prior to using their service. They do things without permission and then charge you for them like bringing in 2 plumbers, instead of just one. Their prices are unreasonable, their staff is rude including threats and hanging-up on customers. Lastly, they turn off your water and then even after you decide not to use their services they keep your water turned off until sometime the next day. THE LAST THING IS ILLEGAL!!!
Jason W.Moved to Grand Island Nebraska about 4 months ago. Purchased a nice older home. Had a older toilet and it started leaking into my basement. I was worried. Called Herman's. Larry showed up early, was extremely professional and cool. He not only got my new toilet in with no issue, he also answered a few other questions and showed me some things about my underground sprinkler system. I will definitely call Herman's again if I have plumbing issues!
Bonna W.First choice in plumbing service. Have used them for many years, and have always been amazed at how they go above and beyond, EVERYTIME. A recent leak in the city water main leading to our house had them searching to find the source when they could have shrugged, told us to call the city, and gone on to another job. Our experience is that the crew charges for the work done, and rarely for the time spent. If you have water issues, they are great therapists (!!) Highest recommendation.
John L.Fantastic! Was having a problem with a leaky waste line for my washer, and when I got a good look at it found the whole cast iron mess was cracked. They sent a plumber and assistant over within a few days who were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful and put up with all my questions even as he worked. Great guy, great business, comes highly recommended.
