Herk's Plumbing came out on time, explained everything in great detail before any work was started & cleaned up after everything was finished. My dad is super happy with the experience. We needed something else to get done & they got equipment & came back with no issues or complaints. 100/10 would recommend! I wish we could remember the technicians name for a direct shout out but definitely hire these guys for the job!!!!

Had a plumbing issue. called Roto Rooter, the came used a snake an $370 and an hour later told me that the problem was too severe and tried to upsell me. GOT RID OF THEM QUICK. I called Herk's plumbing. They were able to come out within the hour, and 15 minutes was all it took to fix the problem at half the price that the other company charged. FYI I never leave bad reviews for companies because it can be an isolated incident. But save your money and call these guys first. They will not disappoint!!!!!! Your welcome in advance!!!!!

I had to have a plumber and fast today. The one I use is unavailable for awhile so he told me to call herk. Omg. They were fantastic. The guys were adorable, helpful and reassuring. They had this and they.did. fast and accurate. The cost was amazing. Didn't feel taken advantage of. Completely loved their personal approach to a new customer

Called early in the morning and they were at my house in less than 3 hours to help. Herk Jr. showed up and immediately went to look at what happened with my shower. He gave me options quickly, I made a decision, and he went to buy the part. He had assessed the problem and had it fixed in less than 30 minutes (and he had to go to the store for the part). I was extremely happy for the speed as I had to get back to work.

Very dependable, did good work, excellent communication, and they worked with me around the payment since it was an expensive job (was still reasonable, I just had to get my galvanized plumbing replaced on my 1950s house). I highly recommend Herk's if you're having any plumbing issues.

Had an unexpected sewage leakage on a Saturday morning due to a tree root. I called literally about 10 places I found on Google one by one nobody was around Saturday morning until I found this place. Super fast response. The guy had the root out and was done in about 15min. He gave me a very fair price for this emergency visit. This business was professional and polite, fast response, quickly gets the job done, with great prices. I couldn't ask for more. In the event of something like this happening again I will be calling Herks.

I had Herk's come out to fix a leak in my house and had a bad experience with the tech unable to find or repair the leak and leaving behind a hole in the ceiling.
I called Herk to talk him through the situation and to ask him to make it right. He immediately offered to cancel the check I had written and sent someone out within the hour to patch the ceiling at his own expense!
It's great when you work with a company who gets it right but true customer service and integrity are tested when something goes wrong. Herk showed today that he runs his company with integrity and that they are willing to stand behind their work!

Came out quickly for a clogged sink. Climbed under the house first without a question to check for leaks and good piping. Said everything looks good underneath. Came in and snaked it clean.
