Herks Plumbing is my ""go to"" company when I have any type of issues, weather it be clogged toilet, a water line ran from the sink to new refrigerator so we could have water and ice, or leaky toilet base. This company is quick and reasonably priced. Recent situation: my daughter's main water pipe cracked and was leaking water in her yard and garage. Since these are not attached to the house, home owners insurance was giving her a hassle and denying coverage. I called Herks Plumbing after my daughter not being able to be in her home for 5 days due to no water. Herk came out and assessed that day, by 5 pm. Herk told me she will have water by the next day. In the middle of summer, in 101 degrees with no shade, Herk and his crew did EXACTLY what he promised. They had to dig a trench and replace the pipe. They followed thru with their promise and she was back in her house by 5 pm the next day. Best check I wrote all year!

I have been a customer for 4 years and am always impressed with service and price. Arrival time is also excellent. He arrived within 15 minutes with my last service call (clogged sinks and toilets). The service provided is above and beyond. On my previous service call the owner helped me understand what to look for when I ordered my own shower light/ceiling fan combo. He offered to go find it for me but my budget forced me to wait. So I ordered the fan, called him a month later to install it and he did a wonderful job. I am officially a loyal customer and refer Herk's plumbing to anyone in need.

Called them at 8:00 AM on a Tuesday morning when all our drains stopped up. No toilets worked, no shower drain, and our outside port was spewing a line of water a foot into the air (small stream). They arrived at 8:35 am. It took them about 75 minutes because of very old pipe seals to get it snaked all the way to the city line. They had to run to Home Depot and buy a new cap too. Nice guys, did hard work, much appreciated.

Herks plumbing is great. I contacted them after recieving multiple referrals from friends and family. My bathroom shower was leaking into my wall pretty bad. I contacted herks plumbing and they arrived at my house withing and hour of calling. what i had thought was a really bad leak had turned out to be a quick fix after herk had looked at it and he didnt even charge me. great guys and great service. Herks will be my go to guys for any future plumbing needs.

After 2 attempts to unclog my house sewage line without a plumber, I called Herk, on advice from a friend. I was scheduled for the following morning. They showed up precisely on time, charged me exactly what was quoted to me over the phone, and successfully pulled about 3 feet of tree roots out of my sewage main. Great service!
