I needed someone to rooter out my main line --- AGAIN! I thought it was tree roots. That's what other companies told me; though after routing, we never saw roots in the sewer. Well, the last guy said he didn't see any roots at all! My back toilet and shower backs up again -- I call Herks. I read on Yelp Herk's had fair prices. I read the reviews. Only one bad review; which, made me question the writer more than Herk's. Here's my experience: ON TIME! MORE THAN FAIR FEE! Before I even made it home to meet them they were at my home and ALREADY WORKING! That's impressive! They were here less than 1/2 hour, found the real culprit for my previous problems was an open clean out; which probably was collecting dirt, and then packing in the main line. It is now capped off. I feel I have finally found a REAL Plumber! I am so incredibly happy with the work done today--their card is on my refrigerator!!

Herk came to Merced to fix our jetted bathtub. We had another plumber out first who said it would cost $3,000 to take out the tub and then we would have to replace all the tile. Since we were in the process of selling our home that didn't seem like an option. My daughter had used Herk in Modesto and he had always done a great job so I gave him a call. He came out right away and removed the bathtub without any damage to the surrounding tile. In less than 2 hrs. the leak under the tub was fixed at a very good price. My daughter and I couldn't be happier with his work.

Fast, Efficient and professional. They installed two new toilets in our office, new RO unit and helped ream the sewer line.
