HUGE SHOUT OUT to Heritage Plumbing in Naperville.
We have never had sump pump issues before yesterday. Never needed an after hours plumber. I had no idea who to call so I just went down a list that I found on-line. I had absolutely no luck until my 9th call. The guy David at Heritage Plumbers told me that he could make it around 10pm. We took him up on the offer as we had no other options at that point. We had water rushing up outside around our house water tiles (we have an in-ground pool) and water pouring out of the sump pump hole in our finished basement. Water seemed to be EVERYWHERE!!
It was about 6:00pm as we continued to see the water situation worsen & my phone rang. It was Heritage Plumbing! They said they realized how bad things were in Naperville so they were able to be at our house by
6:30pm. Both owners David and Paul showed up and immediately fixed our problem! Come to find out that it was Paul's birthday and he was supposed to be with his family for his birthday dinner but instead he was at our house fixing our major water issue. I would highly suggest you put this company's name & contact info in your cell contact list so you have it when needed. We can't say enough about these guys, their work, their concern & dedication to their work! A HUGE HEARTFELT THANK YOU TO PAUL AND DAVID!!

Dave and Paul did an awesome job replacing my toilet, the job was completed in less than 45 mins. They even fixed the flange. Their pricing was great, I will most definitely use their services again and would highly recommend to anyone who is looking to hire them.

I recently had Paul and Dave from Heritage Plumbing install a new commode for me in one of our bathrooms. They set up and confirmed our appointment time, and then arrived on time. They were professional, knowledgable and efficient, moving quickly to properly complete the installation of the new fixture and the removal of the old one.
They also fixed a couple of minor plumbing issues which my wife and I appreciated. They wore masks as we requested and totally cleaned up everything when they finished all the work. I will use them again, without hesitation, if I need further plumbing work.

I don't usually write reviews, either positive or negative. But Paul, David and the guys at Heritage Plumbing absolutely went above and beyond for us! When they learned that we were without hot water since early in the week because we were working with a home warranty company, they really helped us out! Rather than asking me to schedule a convenient time the following week, they said they'd have someone there in a few minutes to get started. They weren't kidding - within 30 minutes from our first call, they were at the house and 2 hours later, we had our new heater installed and we were up and running!
These guys have helped us a few times over the years, and each time they are more than fair, honest, and easy to work with! If you have a plumbing problem, Heritage Plumbing is the company to call!

An update to my previous post- Heritage Plumbing saw my review, and even though they initially didn't take fault, they did finally message me and own up to their mistake after seeing the screenshot of the texts. They also reached out to my husband to reschedule our appointment. This time they came in the window of time promised, and to make up for their scheduling error, they offered their services for parts only and no labor cost. Our shower is now working perfectly.
