Doing remodeling at our home and Rick responded quickly and got us scheduled. Showed up on time and did a great job. Prices are reasonable too. I had another issue later on when I made a change so I called Rick and he got right back with me and advised me how to correct. You can't go wrong using Rick at Heritage Plumbing.

Rick has been my ""Go To"" Plummer since I purchased my home in 2011. Rick is always professional and honest, arrives when he says he will, inspects the situation throughly and then fixes whatever the issue may be. His rates are fair and affordable. Once, due to our inability to do the work he installed a vanity cabinet with new sink and faucet without hesitation and the job was completed flawlessly! Thank you Rick!

Fast an efficient, a very nice guy-he's installed a kitchen sink faucet, repaired a bathroom faucet, replaced a hot water delivery thing that was destroyed when the gardeners turned off the water without unplugging that thingy. I'd hire again and I always refer him to people I know

If I could give 10 stars I would!!!! I called Rick with a water heater issue and he came out and resolved the problem immediately. Cost to fix was very reasonable and the service was very efficient and timely. In addition, Rick was very kind and made us feel at ease.
In the future I will ONLY call Heritage Plumbing whenever a plumbing issue arises. Hands down the best Plumber around!!!!!!!

Strongly recommend Rick at Heritage Plumbing. After attempting to trouble shoot my elderly father's old kitchen faucet over the holidays (which had really low water pressure), we found ourselves in a pickle.

As it was the holidays (and a weekend), I sent a message to Rick via his website and left a message. He called back quickly and spoke with us over the phone to diagnose the problem. (This was after a large, well-known plumbing company that serviced the area told me their plumbers were quite busy and would need to charge me time & a half since it was after-hours. To their credit, they did offer suggestions for other local plumbers...but after researching, those plumbers didn't have great reviews...unlike Heritage Plumbing).

Rick gave advice on purchasing a new faucet from Home Depot and scheduled time to see us the next day, which was very nice since he was technically not planning to return to work for a few weeks. Rick arrived on time, was thorough in his installation of the faucet (& cleanup), and was fair with his pricing. He was also very friendly and a nice guy.

New refrigerator not installed when delivered, but called Rick and he scheduled me for an appointment. I appreciate businesses that return my call and show up when scheduled- Rick does that and is efficient. I have used Heritage Plumbing a few times now and highly recommend you give him a call!

Rick is the best plumber I've ever used. Gave me a window of time as to where he would arrive and got here within that window. Extremely knowledgeable, professionally and friendly. I stayed out of his way but looked on to see if I could learn a few things. He explained everything he was doing and why. Also, after looking at the job, he gave me suggestions as to how I could save money on the project if I did a few things. He's the only plumber I'll call from now on. .

Being new to city can make it difficult to find good plumbers , Electrican's etc so I read a lot of reviews when looking for someone to work on my house . Rick was a total pro and took care of our plumbing issues perfectly. I would use him again anytime if needed .

Rick arrived in a timely manner to do a couple of small jobs for me. He will be coming back for a larger job later. He's very knowledgeable and impressed me with his comprehensive knowledge of everything I asked. Work was done correctly, efficiently, and well. Highly recommended. He is one of those guys you could give your house keys to and know that everything will be done honestly and well. Reasonable fees. What's not to like?
