The best word to describe the owner of Heritage Plumbing is ""RUDE"". If you've got a small project, run away from Heritage Plumbing. They have no interest in your business. IF you can get their attention, you will be overcharged and treated like a nuisance. In fact, the owner will likely love this review.

When the economy inevitable slows down and new home construction dries up, Heritage Plumbing will wish they had practiced better customer service.

Do not use this company...
This company did not win a bid and was not hired. In retaliation they have called every state and county agency to try to get the project stopped. Even have went as far as call the local unions to get them to picket. What a low down SOB. I hope I don't see this guy any time soon.
