I am new to Georgia and never had to deal with a septic tank in the past. I have been in the about 3 months last week there was some issues with the bathtub on the 1st floor. Heritage plumbing came recommended by my neighbor. We were set for 2pm, Victor got here early got to work he was checking everything and wasn't finding the problem it took him all the way to the septic tank. He started digging and then a big roadblock the lid was under the walkway so then he started to break it up so ut seems the problem is with the tank or the lines but I feel like Victor could have given up a lot sooner and said there is no issue but I feel like he went way above to try to find the issue. He was extremely friendly and helpful and kept me informed every step, explained it so that I could understand. If I have any future plumbing issues I will definitely be calling Heritage plumbing again.

I cannot say enough good things about Tommy and his crew. They are always on time, courteous, clean up the work area so it's spotless, and provide expert service every time. I have used them to replace copper pipes with pinholes, to install a tankless water heater and for other plumbing needs. We have used this company for several years. They are reliable and their prices are fair. We used them during a renovation to move and add lines. We had them install our hot water heater and more recently had them install a water filter/softener system. The owner is very friendly and patient with our concerns and questions. Reviews listed are not what this company is today. Thought I would use them based on their glorious reviews. Called a week ago left my voice mail during business hours and their message thanked me for my call. I have yet to hear from them. Then last night I sent an email stating I was surprised I had not received a callback yet. I received a confirmation the email went through and still nothing a day later. Inexcusable a company would not respond to any message when they brag about great, fast service. I'll never know if great but certainly not fast, unresponsive would be a better description.

Dylan arrived three hours earlier than I'd expected. He then quoted us on several quick fix items, replacing faucets/hose bibs, and a toilet. However, when we asked how much it would be for them to pick-up and deliver the toilet for us (I'm 6.5 months pregnant, my husband and I can't lift it.) he said he needed to call his boss. He then returned, saying that he was advised to not take the job and leave. I'm uncertain as to how or why that happened. We were prepared for their overpriced service fees, but not prepared to be charged $45 for someone to refuse to do the work. Dylan was very polite, and he really had no reason from us to avoid the job. Instead, I paid a $45 estimate fee for someone who then refused the work.
