DO NOT USE Heritage Plumbing in Naples. They have the most outrageous pricing. They left my house with nothing done correctly and I cannot get a call back to resolve the issues. Horrible experience all around.

Do not use Heritage Plumbing. We had the unfortunate experience of their service through a contractor. Our contractor had an allowance on our agreement for $4,200 for both the plumber and electrician for our Master & Spare bathroom remodels. We purchased all of the fixtures ourselves . The plans for the remodel were set in the end of November. We moved out of our house for 2 months giving full access to our home with the need for our house to be completed by the second week in January. This did not happen. We had to move back into our house with our spare shower barely done- no toilet or sink and our Master BR was not complete either. At one point we had to exit our home and enter from the outside to use the toilet. Our contractor ended up being a dishonest person. We reached out to Mr. Zimmerman as we became aware that our contractor had not paid the subcontractors he hired. Mr. Zimmerman never returned our call or our lawyers calls. Indicated he did not get the calls however our contractor had informed our lawyer he knew that we and our lawyer had reached out to Heritage. Again, dishonest. We received a lien notice for $2000 stating our contractor paid $2,000 but he was owed another $2,000. Mr. Zimmerman stated he had an agreement with our contractor for $2,000 per bathroom. Which of course was completely different from what our contractor had as our allowance and never told us the above """"agreement"""" We informed Mr. Zimmerman that our Master bath was not done. We had sinks and sink fixtures needing to be installed once the countertop was in place. Mr. Zimmerman said that was not part of his agreement. It was always part of the remodel plan. Mr. Zimmerman refused to complete the job. We have since paid the $2,000 without the work being finished. In fact our toilet had to be removed (one Heritage installed) to repair our contractors poor tile installation /workmanship and our new plumber showed us the toilet was not installed properly-there was a piles of grout and floor spacers used to prop the toilet. Mr. Zimmerman also accused us of not being available. We moved out of our home as mentioned above for 2 months -they had full access. Once we moved back in we asked our contractor to give us notice prior to arrival if subs-NEVER were we not present to allow access to our home. We actually took off several times awaiting Heritage to arrive and they never did. Our contractor referred to them as unreliable. One morning our contractor called us 1/2 hour before he had arranged for Heritage to arrive at our home. The contractor told us they would be three late morning and asked that we place our toilet outside and leave the back entrance open so they could enter our home. My husband was already at work. I drug the toilet out for them, went to run and they showed up while I was running. I was less than a mile from our home and ran right back to the house. Mr. Zimmerman said he had to wait- again we were told they would be there later in the day. I got home in less than 10 min. Missed a meeting at work again to accommodate last minute show up. My husband lost several days of work with no shows by Heritage as well. Mr. Zimmerman was very rude to ourselves and our lawyer. Please do not use this business. We now have an excellent plumber who is fixing Heritage poor work and finishing the job they never finished yet placed a lien. They also posted pictures of our bathroom on social media pages without our permission. We have requested nicely to have our pictures removed-they remain posted. Heritage does not care about their clients.

Scammers, they try to charge upfront with a discount if you pay cash, And pricing is still higher than reputable plumbers. None of the work was done correctly now I have black mold. Good luck getting them to call you back if they don't finish the job.
