Since Heritage Home Services bought out Quail Services the company has become outrageously overpriced for their services. I would NOT recommend hiring this co. Unless you are willing to drastically overpay.

Would not pour RV antifreeze , which I had available, into my central AC condensate drain to prevent the water in it from freezing and cracking my drain. Reason given was that they don't use products, RV antifreeze, provided by home owner! Bogus reason to me! Will not call them to service my central AC again!

This is a fantastic company to work with ,from the ladies in the office to the guys in the field, they are very professional and know exactly what they are doing at all point of install , they installed my heating/ ac system in a timely and professional manner then talked me through the equipment . I can't say enough good things about Quail services , thanks guys

I really want to thank the woman driving Quail Services company vehical while aggresivilly riding my bumper even though I was driving 10mph over the speed limit today. I really needed that driving home from my job this afternoon. Kudos Lady! Well done, I hope you got where you were going 2 minutes faster.

We had used Quail Services in the past for our HVAC system. We didn't have an issue with the work they did in 2019. However, we needed to have the system looked at again and when I called, Samantha said the new company policy requires the owner to be onsite. We weren't on site before and provided a credit card to pay for all work preformed. After Samantha spoke to the Owner, James Quail, he decided that he would not be willing to do the same as last time to perform services to the HVAC system without the owner present. We live out of state, it is tenant occupied, and we would have paid with a credit card as we did in the past. Apparently, he doesn't want to keep customers and doesn't want the work since he was unwilling to help a past customer out. I would not recommend this company for any of their services. Not a good way to do business where a lot of properties are not all owner occupancy.

Had a faulty outdoor faucet and called Quail Services to take a look. From the moment I was booking the appointment to when the job was finished, they were super friendly and informational. They fixed the problem on the day of and was super fast. Highly recommend.

I have been pleasantly surprised each time I have hired this company.
Logan is super helpful and informative. Not only did he diagnose the issue with my boiler but gave me lots of information on rebates from Mass Electric and NStar. And they got me in touch with a great no interest financing company when I needed a larger job done. I also was able to get an estimate on air conditioning unit for my in-law apartment.
This company knows what customer service means! And they are up to date on the latest info on rebates, and the newest products, and yet still know their way around my older unit.
The 2nd time I called them they saved me a bunch of money by being straight with me when another company tried to fleece me out of money for a new oil line when all I needed was a boiler cleaning.
