Not recommended went to the store in Shortsville to have some work done on my boiler and oil tank.Owner came out and looked said it'll be about a week for parts.2 weeks went by heard nothing.Went back to the store he said oh ya I remember now it'll be about a week an a thousand dollars needless to say the job is done for 164$ I guess I should say thanks herendeen bros.lol lol.Cant believe the customer no service.Would give no stars if possible.60 years of people probably not even knowing what is actually being done if anything at all.

I have been a customer for many years. They are honest and always come fast if needed. Ie. No heat. I just had new high efficiency furnace and a.c. installed. Fantastic job. Great price. Also had some plumbing done for outside faucets. Could not be happier. Call Roger, you will be glad you did.

We have hired this company on many occasions to replace water pumps, a furnace, air conditioner and water heater. The service has always been excellent. Sometimes they are a bit more expensive than others but I've never been disappointed.
