Very good work on installing a minisplit heatpump and replacing a broken water heater. They came when they said they would, did a quality job, and made sure all was well before departing. They patiently explained how the unit would operate to the dim owner. And they were honest about there being no real need for a maintenance contract on a mini-split beyond maintaining an extended warranty and dd not try to upsell on an OK existing unit. Price was OK considering the hours needed complete with a sub-contracted 240V electrical install.

This company is top notch and is/will be the only company I will call for service. This is a great company; highly recommended! Two weeks ago Eric and Mikey came to repair a leak under a bathroom sink and a leaking toilet in another bathroom. They found the issues and repaired them. They also checked if the same problems existed in the other sink and toilet, found that they did and repaired them also. In that same visit, Eric checked my kitchen sink and dishwasher for slow drainage issues, gave suggestions, didn't find a problem in the drainage but recommended an update to dishwasher and recommended the current most reliable brand. Due to my current concerns with my plumbing, have scheduled Herdman to install my dishwasher and a new shower head in the bathroom. Today, early this morning, noticed water dripping from my ceiling & found water leaking from the toilet tank, separate issue from earlier toilet leak. Although Herdman had a fully booked schedule today with one person out, Craig their Service Manager came within a short time to check and fix the issue and fixed it in less than 30 minutes. Craig took the time to explain the issues, answer my questions in a way I could understand (Eric and Mikey also did this) and let me know what to look for if there is a bigger plumbing issue. Also, need to acknowledge Doreen in the office who answers the phone calls and schedules the appointments. She's wonderful to work with...courteous and helpful. All of them have been. Due to the age of my home, have become concerned about the plumbing. At the end of my interactions with these technicians, my concerns are lessened due to their professionalism and expertise. Seriously, Herdman Plumbing and employees are my super heroes! So glad their located in Silvetdale!

We were very impressed with the quality and reliability of the father and son team who came out to install a gas line for a propane tank we plan to install. Showed up on time and went above and beyond to help us out.

We recently needed to replace our water heater. I asked a neighbor for a recommendation and he suggested that I call Herdman Plumbing. I was pleasantly surprised that they were able to get someone out in a day or so to look into the issue. They send out a young man, Brett Dyckman who was super knowledgeable, courteous and easy to deal with in every way. The water heater had to be replaced and Brett tracked down a replacement unit and kept us informed of its arrival date. Installation went smoothly and we had hot water again! I strongly recommend Herdman Plumbing.

Jim and Volod were excellent and professional. They quickly found the root of the tankless water heater problem and fixed it. What's even better is that they were able to come a day earlier than expected! They gave me a phone call before they came out, which I appreciated and even sent a reminder email. Thanks so much. My only concern was that the charges were a little strange. A $15 fuel fee and $225 for ""Open an access point in ceiling or wall to work on piping or locate"". When I called the company to ask what the charge was I was told that's the minimum charge, like the service fee. I guess it was typed into the receipt incorrectly. Anyway, I hope I won't need to use their services again, but I'd I do, I'll be sure to call Herdman Plumbing.

Our hardwood installer nicked the waterline to the fridge and we had a leak on our brand new wood floors. This was quite stressful, so we called end of day to get an appt. No one was available, but they sent someone out the very next day. He texted me when he was on his way and replaced the waterline and fixed a leak in another sink for only $350. They were very professional and prompt. I didn't catch his name because it was only over the phone as this was a day before we moved in. We would definitely recommend them.

Prompt response to leak between meter and house. Chris and Bret were the plumbers who performed the service. Although the leak source was under the driveway, they performed the repair without breaking through the concrete. They were respectful of the property, took care not to disturb the planter area, and cleaned up the driveway afterward. The charge was less than I anticipated

There had been a constant dripping in the bathtub that I attempted to fix on my own. When I finally was able to call a plumber, Herdman's staff was incredibly helpful. From the person (I apologize I didn't catch your nam) answering the phone, to the plumber, Dale, who showed up. Dale was able to assess the situation, get everything situated and fixed, and I am really glad to have called Herdman Plumbing, and getting great service from Dale.

I highly recommend contacting them! Thank you! I can't wait to use my shower again! The neighbors have been complaining about the smell!

Double kitchen sink's plugged up. Water's filling both sides and nothing's clearing the clog! If this happens while cooking dinner it's disaster--you can't wash dishes nor utensils nor nothing! What are you supposed to do? Hope you can find a plumber to come out to your place the following morning to clear the clog and fix that sink.

Which was this morning. Of course I first looked on Yelp for local quality plumbers. Herdman was one of the ones I found. But oh no! The earliest appointment time is next Tuesday but they'll put us on the Cancel List. Within TEN minutes I get a callback from Gina--there was a cancellation this morning and the plumber can be there this morning. Oh joy! Rapture! We're getting the sink fixed today!

Brett and Vladmir arrived and got right to work. They brought in the large Drain Auger Machine aka snake and other tools. In about 30 minutes they were done. Brett was the lead tech but both men were friendly and efficient. Easy to see why Herdman Plumbing is so highly rated. We would definitely call them again. It's a pleasure to add my own high rating for their business.
