Gilbert helped me to fix my pipeline. I have called 5 different plumbers to come and fix it, no one except Gilbert. This guy reserves 5 stars and more, I wish i can give him 10 stars if there is an option. He gave a good discounted rate and his work was fantastic. You wont regret when you call him to ask him for work. I really appreciate his work and his service.

Sal, Gilbert, and Pollo was great. I had a slab leak and I was working with another company which broke through my kitchen floor twice and still could not find the leak. Gilbert, Sal, and Pollo came in assessed the situation immediately and fixed the problem within 3 hours. I would highly recommend you call them before you another plumbing company.

Hercules Plumbing came to my house when my outdoor spigot sprung a huge leak. He came in a hurry, to get my water back on. Their prices were very reasonable, and they did a great job! I recommend them highly.

Called them in the morning to explain my issue, Sal was able to squeeze me in his route that same day. I ended up paying less for the job than what was originally quoted by phone. I don't know the first thing regarding plumbing so I was happy to see that he didn't take advantage of this. Honest, fast, reliable would definitely use them again!

Had them come out to my house for a sewer backup they came very quickly and took care of my problem I had Roots inside my main line and they had to dig up my sewer line to get rid of them man I'm so lucky to have a company come out and take care of that problem at a reasonable price thanks Hercules Plumbing

I do not believe the five star ratings on this business are legitimate, since I had the most unpleasant and unreliable experience with them. A total waste of my morning.

I had an appointment with them at 10:00. They showed up at 11:00. Once he arrived, he informs me he has the wrong part and would have to come back. I had texted him the picture of the pipe needed before. I inform him there is a Home Depot very close. He tells me he would have to charge me a lot more money if he goes to get the part. Originally he had quoted me $300 when he got there it jumped up to $375. I volunteered to go get the part while he did whatever he needed to do. He agreed, as I was in the parking lot of Home Depot he calls me and tells me he would have to comeback another day. Now he says he needs another part.

The truth is, I do not think he knew how to do the job and also knew I was about to find out the REAL price of the part. A very dishonest man and super unreliable. Do not do business with someone who does not know how to conduct himself and his business with ethical standards.

we had a horrible plumbing issue with our toilet in our office and Sal and his team worked as efficiently as possible. Sal answered any questions we had. He is very professional and I would highly recommend him. plus he's bilingual

My boiler pilot wouldn't stay lit, thus I didn't have any hot water. I called Hercules Plumbing. They were at my home within a couple of hours to inspect my boiler and recommended it needed to get replaced (it was 24 years old). A new boiler was installed the following morning (yay, hot water). Hercules plumbing was very professional, punctual, and offered outstanding work. I will definitely call on them for any plumbing issues I may have in the future.

Had a problem with my kitchen sink backing up, I called and Sal and his coworker were at my home within 2 hours. Cleaned out my drain in less than 30 minutes. Great customer service and very friendly. I will definitely keep them for future use. Great job!!!

Had a big problem with the toilets not draining and then backing up into shower and the tub. Called American Home Pro and they in turn had Hercules plumbing come to our home. Sal the plumber explained that it was like a network. Well Sal was VERY good and knowledgable in what needed to be done. We know that there are bigger problems that need to be addressed and we WILL be calling him but he was able to get things working so that we could take a shower and use the toilet without having to worry. Sal was very nice and we would want him to come back to fix our other issues. Thank you Sal. :)
